The Plutus Cost Model parameter update governance action was submitted on the PreProd testnet yesterday, May 7 2026. Progression on track towards mainnet. While the new primitives included in this update will not become active until after the hard fork to protocol version 11, this update also contains changes to existing primitives that will take effect immediately after enactment.
