➡Swap single use plastic bottles for your own reusable drinks bottle
Did you know?
➡Every year around 8 million tonnes of plastic escapes into the ocean. That’s the equivalent of 5 bags of rubbish for every foot of coastline around the world.
There are so many reusable bottles to choose from that you can find one that suits your own needs and tastes. Carrying a reusable bottle also sets a great example of how easy it is to make a better choice with a huge environmental impact 🙌

Plus, having a homemade lunch to take to work is healthier and cheaper than grabbing a fast food or meal deal option during the week…
