Bolt's parcel-delivery service, Bolt Send, has surpassed one million deliveries in Kenya less than a year after its relaunch, with order volumes rising more than 135% between January and July 2026, making Kenya the fastest-growing established market globally for the service. Kenya's two-wheel delivery volumes overtook Ghana's in May and were 67% higher by August, while Bolt received a full National Courier Operator licence from the Communications Authority in July 2026. The service, which added four-wheel deliveries in Nairobi in March and expanded motorcycle deliveries to Mombasa in August, averages 9.4 kilometres per trip, with couriers maintaining a 4.84 out of five rating.

🎇 Happy US publication day to A FABULOUS DEBT! 🎇 The working title of the book was The Greatest Show on Earth: An Affectionate Biography of the Bond Market, which probably sums up my feelings about the subject.

Over the last decade, $ROL Rollins compounded FCF/share at a 13.2% CAGR (+225.5% total), tracking a steady, predictable route-based pest control moat. But recent quarters show a sharp divergence. While trailing free cash flow per share remains sticky, the share price has taken a steep tumble from its highs. Whenever a mission-critical compounder sees price disconnect from cash generation, it’s worth asking: Is this an overdue valuation reset on a perennial high-multiple darling, or a genuine margin of safety emerging? Worth a deep-dive?

♨️Whoops! Lucid Promised Bolt 25,000 Robotaxis. Europe Only Lets It Register 1,500 a Year. Lucid and Bolt plan at least 25,000 European robotaxis on Lucid’s unbuilt Midsize platform. EU rules cap driverless-car registrations at 1,500 per vehicle type yearly, stretching that goal to nearly 17 years unless rules change. Bolt also partners with others; Lucid already targets 35,000 vehicles with Uber and Nuro.

Non-dollar settlements, subsea gas pipes, and $50B in capital. ✅️ Trade 2x to $100B under CEPA. Now target reset to $200B by 2032. 💰 The India–UAE playbook is how bilateral economics actually gets done. 🇮🇳🤝🇦🇪 The structural shifts beneath the headlines: 1. Capital Is Buying Control. * Emirates NBD’s $2.75B buyout of 60% in RBL Bank. * IHC deploying $1B for 41.5% of Sammaan Capital. 2. Pragmatic De-Dollarization. * INR–AED settlements crossed double-digit levels. * Surplus balances can convert to USD after 3–6 months, solving the classic local-currency liquidity deadlock. 3. Hard Strategic Infrastructure. * Feasibility studies underway for direct subsea pipelines (LPG/LNG) and deeper UAE equity in India’s Strategic Petroleum Reserves. * Joint push for an aviation and logistics mega-hub at Dholera, Gujarat. The Strategic Takeaway: India-UAE ties have transitioned from buyer-seller crude deals into institutional co-ownership of banking, subsea transit, and supply chain hubs. cc: @narendramodi @MohamedBinZayed @PiyushGoyal @Economyae By @JagotaMukesh #IndiaUAE #BilateralTrade #ForeignInvestment #CEPA #EnergySecurity

Isn’t it hilarious that leftists keep raising income-tax rates and introducing wealth taxes, then always act surprised when revenues fall? When the state treats success as a piggy bank, the mobile simply leave and those who stay stop working hard, innovating, and creating jobs. France tried it, the wealth tax raised little and triggered an exodus of millionaires, capital, income taxes, and the jobs that went with them. Sweden dropped its wealth tax for the same reasons: high administration costs, valuation disputes, and people voting with their feet. A wealth tax is especially counterproductive, it damages revenues, jobs, and growth. It hits unrealized gains, illiquid businesses, and people whose “wealth” is a company that employs others and drives innovation. Punish the builder and you lose not just one taxpayer but the jobs, prosperity, and future tax base that never get created. Why is this so hard for leftists to grasp? Why are they so blinded by envy and their own failure in life?

Equity Group is no longer just a Kenyan bank. With 51.7% of its Q1 2026 profit before tax now coming from operations outside Kenya, the group is building a much broader African financial services ecosystem. Beyond traditional banking, Equity has expanded into telecom through Equitel, payment infrastructure through Jenga, cross-border remittances and insurance.  Its non-banking businesses generated KSh1.9 billion in revenue and KSh900 million in profit before tax in Q1, while regional subsidiaries in markets such as DRC, Tanzania and Rwanda continue to grow. The next phase could take Equity further into Angola, Zambia and Mozambique, as it targets 100 million customers across 15 countries by 2030. kenyanwallstreet.com/equity-…
