This is more important to them than spending the money buying ambulances or buses to ease transport.
Brand New Campaign Vehicles (4.24 minutes video).
Brand new vehicles for political campaigns, while Nigerian hospitals struggle without ambulances, schools lack basic facilities, and ordinary families struggle to survive.
And this isn’t about Tinubu or one political party. It cuts across parties and regions.
If the money can be found for political campaigns, why can’t some of it go toward hospitals, schools and communities that desperately need help?
This is bigger than vehicles. It’s about priorities.
This is how a serious country reacts. Not the one that do not know how to say no as long as money is involve.
We really need to go back to the basics.
Update: President Mahama of Ghana has REJECTED the U.S. Health deal proposed to replace USAID, worth $109M 🇬🇭❌
“It is humiliating. Why will you want our health record and pathogen profile? And say we’re not allowed to inspect any medicine you give us. We threw the compact away so quickly. I’ve never seen anything thrown out that fast. Ghana will continue to manage its health needs. We’d find other ways for bilateral relations.”
— President John Mahama speaking at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York on Friday, 25th September.
Ghana joins Zambia, Namibia and a few African countries that have rejected the new USAID compact.
However, Giant of Africa reportedly signed it in December 2025, five months before the deadline, and weeks after it was proposed.

We run a crazy system here and it's absolutely annoying.
There has been too many complains about this airline for too long and I am surprised there are no consequences yet... the people can't even come together and boycott them too.
Nigerians are made with a different type of craze that I am yet to see elsewhere.
Last night, sitting in solitude, I found myself thinking about the remarkably brilliant Nigerians I’ve encountered across the world. You see, For every smart Nigerian you know abroad, there are thousands more whose stories you will likely never hear.
It makes me wonder why our critical sectors face such a severe shortage of capable human capital. On the surface, it seems like we are terribly "short-staffed" in positions of leadership and influence. But looking deeper, the real culprit is the system. It was engineered in a way that stifles talent rather than letting it thrive.
This systemic failure is precisely why Nigeria continues to suffer a massive brain drain. In our healthcare sector for example, the ratio is around one doctor to over 4000 citizens while WHO pegged the threshold at 1 doctor to 600 citizens. All this while Nigerian medical experts perform feats of excellence in top hospitals globally.
No sector has been spared. Teaching has largely been reduced to a fallback option for those unable to find better opportunities, and even in entertainment, talent is often forced to dumb down its intellect just to blow.
This is why a lot of "abroadians" do not want to return.
It is heartbreaking, frustrating, and exhausting. This is exactly why I keep emphasizing that the next general election cannot be taken lightly.
Anyways I wrote and recorded the background music on one of those heavy nights spent reflecting on Nigeria and decided to turn that pain directly into a rhythm.

Afrobeats and Afrobeat are not the same!
Afrobeats is a fusion of sounds garnished with African percussion, rhythms, and pop sounds.
While...
Afrobeat is a jazz-infused genre created by the legendary Fela Anikulapo Kuti.
Once again, they are not the same thing.
Stop mixing them up!
This is a law enforcement officer. A public servant bound to remain impartial and safeguard the choice of the people; our votes.
Unfortunately, professionalism has been erased from our vocabulary and replaced by a deep-seated culture of anyhowness.
How will citizens respect the force when there is a complete lack of respect for the uniform and what it represents from the person wearing it.
It is an absolute embarrassment.
If you plan to vote against the ruling party, just turning up at the polls will not be enough o, you must be prepared to actively monitor and protect your vote.

Look at our mega city... shame!
Anytime they talk about waste management, the only thing that comes to these people's head is dumpsite.
Why can't the government invest heavily in recycling? Or create a favourable environment for private companies to invest in it?
This is why we need people with working brains in public offices.
Residents around Ikotun Market and Ejigbo Road have resorted to dumping refuse on highways, amid complaints over inadequate waste collection and the absence of visible Lagos State Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) operations in some streets.
The development comes as illegal dumpsites and refuse heaps persist in parts of Ejigbo, raising concerns over sanitation, public health and the environment.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu recently declared a “small state of emergency” on waste management, while announcing plans to increase waste-disposal capacity, deploy more equipment and restructure LAWMA’s operations.

Everybody has had a thing or two to say about Bae U’s interview with president Olusegun Obasanjo, but all I see is a man pushing past boundaries.
I watched the entire episode, and it’s clear like mad... Bae U is taking that platform to heights many can’t even reach and even your favourites will start begging to be on it.
Ofcourse, there’s room for improvement... I mean like working with a top-tier scriptwriter who could take the questions to the next level, making them wittier, sharper, and more deeply personal.
But as it stands, this platform is set to explode right in front of everyone.
Weldone!
