I had the opportunity to deliver the morning keynote at the State Cybersecurity Conference hosted by @IowaStateU. I join leaders from across our state who are working to keep communities safe. By sharing knowledge we can better protect the systems Iowans depend on every day.

Iowa law requires election officials to initial each ballot before handing it to a voter. This is routine and do not affect your ballot’s validity. Your ballot will be counted. Questions? Contact your trusted election officials or visit voterready.iowa.gov #TrustedInfo2026

Today is Election Hero Day, and we’re recognizing the Iowans who help make our elections work: our poll workers. They’re community members who give their time to help voters and keep things running smoothly on Election Day. Iowa’s elections wouldn’t be the same without them.
