My sincere condolences to the victims’ families and loved ones, and to the people of Ukraine.
Together with our allies, we must do everything in our power to mount pressure on the aggressor.
This is why strengthening our support for Ukraine will be high on my agenda in Montréal.
And tomorrow, @EU_Commission will put forward a proposal to allocate the remaining €45 billion of the Ukraine Support Loan for 2027 defence needs and budget support.
