A Texas father who had lived in the U.S. for 25 years with no criminal record was finishing his night shift as an Uber driver when immigration agents detained him.
Without being able to speak to his lawyer or a judge, he was put on a plane and sent first to Ghana, a country where he had no ties. When she turned around, he was holding a knife and handcuffs and police said he tried to put them on her.

Pennsylvania State Police tracked him down and ARRESTED him 26-year-old Junior Jose Davila-Moran, an illegal immigrant from Guatemala.
He’s charged with ATTEMPTED KIDNAPPING, false imprisonment, simple assault, terroristic threats, and more.
He’s sitting in Lancaster County Prison awaiting a preliminary hearing.
