Ep# 620 — "4 Types of Extraverts: People, Ideas, Results, Environment"
Joel and Antonia challenge the common myths around introversion and extraversion, showing it’s not just about being social or reserved.
They explore how each extraverted function creates “rapport” with different aspects of life (people, ideas, environments, and projects) and why this helps explain the ambivert experience.
Drawing from Jungian theory, they offer a deeper, more accurate lens on how we engage with the world.

I took part in the Play Day as a Benedetti Ambassador last week. The string tutors delivered an excellent music workshop, and it was lovely to see so many school pupils having fun making music! 😊
🎻✨ 1600+ young people. 50 schools. 1 incredible week of music-making in Edinburgh!
From classroom workshops to a joyful Play Day with 400+ string players (and 122 cellists!), we loved every minute. 💛🎶
Huge thanks to our partners at @Edinburgh_CC!

1/7 SAVE CARDIFF UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MUSIC: They destroy the humanities because they fear independent thought. They destroy music because they fear beauty that cannot be monetised. This is a battle for the soul of education itself.

Music is needed.
ALT Music is needed in early years education. Music is needed in primary education. Music is needed in secondary education. Music is needed in tertiary education. Music is needed in community education. Wherever education is taking place, music needs to be right at the heart of it.

Music really is so much more than it’s often given credit for. It can be the very spark that sets a young person on the path to success. It can be the constant source of comfort and purpose needed for an adult to survive life. Music is many things and they’re all important.
