I’ve really been struggling with slower pitching lately. Tonight I worked on staying in my hinge longer, and using my legs. @alessandrini26 @AlmaScotsSB @FSU_SB @schumann_jake @tayturner419 @chris_stelma @WMUSoftball @MojoHallock @k8softball

A fun day of Fall Ball yesterday! I got to see a lot of my friends at the Tourney, and my team went 3-1 on the day. My girl Anne Cook coming in clutch with a sacrifice fly to get me home and tie up our last game! @MojoHallock @svsu_ryan @schumann_jake @AlmaScotsSB

Excited for this coming Sunday with my team!

Hitting lessons today. Worked a lot on high pitches and staying in my hinge during my swing. Fielding lessons after, and worked on running and sidearm throws for infield. @EhrenEarleywine @svsu_ryan @schumann_jake @CollegeBDJocks @JeffNowaczyk

Yesterday I had lifting/training and my hitting coach came after to show me how to back door slide and work on my head first dives.

Happy Coaches Day to my Favorites!

Yesterday I got some reps in before heading to @d1fastpitch1 in Columbus. I woke up today ready to ball out! My coaches mom passed Tuesday while we were at practice. So today we play for her! @MojoHallock @lilywood_23 @BonesKnowsBall @CollegeBDJocks @D1Softball @rsmidwest

I’ve been working on using my lower half and finishing my swing.

Got rained out this past weekend for our Round Robin, so this will be our first tourney for 15u. We will see some tough competition. I’ve been working hard and ready to compete!

Workout before practice @MojoHallock

Excited to get my 15u season started. @schumann_jake @CollegeBDJocks @McCallSalmon @marleewilson @MojoHallock @svsu_ryan

Breaking everything down, and working step by step

Everything I do is to make me a better version of myself. I’m only in competition with one person! ME!

They say practice makes perfect! 🥎💪🏼💙🧡💙🧡

I’ve been with my same hitting coach for years. She helps me with mechanics, and keeps me in the right mindset. I went to someone new today who broke my swing down with video. I knew something was off, and now can make some changes. If you need me- I’ll be in the cage!

What an awesome day @FSU_SB Thank you @schumann_jake and @_coachkenton for a great showcase today! I got great feedback and got a lot of reps in! See you in the winter!
