Our #Train service really is diabolical. Used 2 services to get to Waterloo across 2 franchises @GreatWesternRailway @GWRHelp and @SouthTrains 1 cancelled the other hopelessly late and then waiting for staff member to turn up...& stood all way to Waterloo on both!
