Did something i've not really seen any other brands do before...
Instead of trying to milk every extra ounce of your customer by charging "Shipping Insurance". I decided to include it for free to my customers (which we do anyway). We just never displayed it on the checkout.
The amount of uplift this has brought, I would never make anywhere close that that by charging it as an extra upsell.
Since we don't offer free shipping, this helps justify the shipping cost and reduce it as being as much as a deterrent.
Study.
Would love to see them reconstruct the exact flying pattern as the plane that horizontally impacted the pentagon wall whilst being on the ground
This may be one of the eeriest - and frankly, most terrifying - 9/11 reconstructions I’ve seen.
The simulation recreates the final moments of American Airlines Flight 11 from the cockpit, essentially showing what hijacker Mohamed Atta would have seen as the North Tower rapidly filled the windshield.
But the audio you’re hearing is real.
Flight attendant Betty Ong, aboard Flight 11, was calmly reporting what was happening inside the hijacked aircraft - crew members stabbed, mace in the cabin, the cockpit inaccessible, and the realization: “I think we’re getting hijacked.”
American Airlines operations specialist Nydia Gonzalez was monitoring Ong’s call and relaying her reports to the airline’s operations center as Flight 11 raced toward New York.
At 8:46 a.m., the aircraft struck the North Tower.
Watching a reconstruction of what the hijacker would have seen while simultaneously hearing the actual voices of the people trapped aboard that aircraft is deeply unsettling.
If i had to give just one ecommerce tip to anyone running a brand.
Single handedly, post purchase surveys are the best form of research and insights you'll ever receive.
You can funnel all the data into AI to have it curate landing pages, ad copy, creatives tailored EXACTLY to your avatar.
Tip: Incentivise the questionnaire for a higher completion rate
No Favicon, no Sitelinks, probably extremely poor SEO but who cares. 130k days and goes to show the fine details clearly don’t matter.
Odd flex.

Dont we have a liver?
Sage and I traveled to Switzerland to undergo blood filtration and I wanted to share it with you guys.
The procedure itself was completely painless, and every step was monitored with an EEG, heart monitor, and continuous blood pressure tracking. What fascinated me most was seeing my blood before and after the treatment.
Before, many of my red blood cells were stacked together in what's called rouleaux formation, which is commonly seen in venous blood. After the filtration, they appeared much more separated, giving each cell more surface area to exchange oxygen, remove waste, and interact with its environment.
It's important to remember that looking at blood under a microscope isn't a standalone diagnostic tool, and you can't judge your overall health from a single image alone. But seeing the changes firsthand was an incredible experience and sparked some fascinating conversations about blood health, circulation, and recovery.
Would you ever try something like this?
Renting a card machine to send the money to yourself and generating a fake receipt is crazy work.
750+ TPS is impressive. I use GPT-5.6 Sol inside OpenClaw to build apps and Shopify stores, create ads and product assets, run SEO and analytics, handle Xero, ecommerce ops and supplier docs, research and trade Polymarket markets, monitor trading bots, and ship work every day.
Or… what if we gave you $100 in Codex credits if you tell us what you love about GPT-5.6 Sol or why you switched?

Why does every founder reposting their companies tweet with the word “terrified” in it immediately get stupid engagement?
I just cracked the code on AI animation ads 🤯
every one of these cost me 12 cents and under 20 seconds to make
Gemini Omni + Claude Code is f*cking wild.
i built a system that turns any product into an end-to-end AI animated ad in ANY style you want.. claymation, pixar-style 3D, anime, paper cutout, lego, you name it
you drop in your product photo and a one line pitch and it handles everything end to end. images, video, voiceover, music, captions, all generated with AI inside Claude..
AI animation ads are crushing on Meta right now and everyone still assumes you need an expensive editor with a 3-week turnaround time to make one. you don't. you just need the right workflow.
Im making full end to end high quality AI animation ads in under 3 minutes with this system
and they work just as hard organically on TikTok, reels and shorts
so i packaged the whole thing up…
here's what you're getting:
> every prompt i used across all 8 steps
> the exact tool stack + the order to run it in
> style recipes for claymation, pixar, anime, wes anderson, retro cartoon + CGI
> one system that works for paid Meta AND organic
built across Claude Code and Gemini Omni
RT + reply 'STYLES' and i'll send it over (must be following so i can dm)

AI animations are BEST CONVERTING ads right now, but everyone is running same formats
your whole feed is plastic ai talking heads so a torn paper or lego world STOPS people cold
this is the format to run before everyone copies it, being early is your biggest advantage
i put the entire playbook into one playbook
the character locks, the exact prompts, the keyframe chaining trick, the product reveal, and more…
RT + reply ‘COLLAGE’ and i’ll send it so you can create it too

AI animation ads are INSANE
not only because they convert like crazy
but because you can take one ad and turn it into countless different formats
while everyone else is still running pixar or claymation videos, that’s where you win
one script gives you an endless number of creatives to test, use it wisely
