While I could share the interesting (to us) findings regarding differences in responses by stakeholders and the status of these state bills, I'd rather focus on where this project started... because this all began as Sara's master's capstone project!
Ali and I were very excited to work with Sara to add the empirical arm to her project, and even happier when @DarrellLovell's special issue call arrived.
So, overall, much excitement that this can now see the light of day.
