Truthfully, Ravens should’ve blown it up after 24. I get running it back, but 23+24 just deflated a lot of guys.
But the mentality needs to change. Harbs/EDC is very much “hey, playoffs are a crapshoot. Let’s be good enough to get in and see what happens”

I’ve said the trade deadline should be later in the season. Feel like teams are still too hesitant and believe they can make a run.
Easier to part ways and trade away a piece or two at 3-9 instead of 3-5
After talking to several NFL teams and GMs over the last hour, my expectation is the trade deadline will be even crazier than anticipated. Chicago’s all-in move will cause other teams to react and try to be bold as well.
