I think the number of people who want violent removals is vanishingly small. What people want is to change incentive structures to necessitate assimilation or leaving/self-deportation, + massively reduced future immigration especially from countries with vastly different cultures
Whether or not you think England was a better country 80+ years ago when it was much more white and less ethnically diverse, the reality is that today there are millions of people born and raised in England who are of Asian, African, West Indian or other ancestry from outside of the British Isles, or of Muslim, Hindu, Jewish or other non-Christian religion. And a lot of children of mixed background. Any attempt to turn the ethnic and religious clock back to the 1940s could only involve massive violence and bloodshed, social destruction and economic collapse; potentially a genocide like Bosnia in the 1990s. No thank you; we don't want our country to be torn apart like that.
If the Right wants any hope of lessening the damage being done to the country then everyone will have to put childish emotionalism aside and vote for whichever right-of-centre party has the most chance of winning in their seat.
Milei was lauded for his fierce commitment to Argentine interests, a position consistent with his Falklands rhetoric.
If we had leaders as fiercely committed to British interests, then that rhetoric would be irrelevant.
Milei's strength isn't the problem, Britain's weakness is.

Exclusive: Civil servants are being encouraged to learn foreign languages to better reach Britain’s “diverse communities”, a leaked government document reveals.
The Department of Health outlined “multilingual understanding” sessions and language-learning programmes for officials.

Absolutely extraordinary comment from Education Secretary Lucy Powell on the media round this morning: "(You) can’t stop everything all of the time.
“Of course, it’s a concern. That’s why the Home Secretary has demanded and ordered this urgent review because this is not what we want to see. This is not acceptable."
