Ao3 authors should delete all of their fanfics tbh. Readers shouldn’t consume anything that violates copyright laws since y’all wanna be such sticklers for rules that only serve to benefit your feelings of entitlement and bully writers for setting boundaries you dislike. Ffs.

I’m genuinely tweaking rn Fanfic authors, please be aware there is a website 👉 ao3.life that is scraping fics from Ao3 and turning them into Ai audiobooks and selling them for profit They have an option to have your fics taken down but from what I’m seeing you have to provide personal info to “prove” the fanfics are yours to begin with (giving, phishing scam) and they claim they pay the authors, which is both untrue and ILLEGAL Nearly all my fanfics are on here I’m genuinely shaking I’m so pissed like what the FUCK is wrong with people 😭😭😭

Also I encourage all ao3 readers to block writers and stop interacting with their fics. The people writing the fics are not the same people who were writing it 5-10 years ago. Something has changed and it isn’t safe anymore. #NeverForget
