There is no good and bad Islam. There is only Islam, which is both a religion and a political ideology.
When Constantinople fell, Muslims declared Jihad from the City. Jihad commanded the conquest against the infidels. You are a fool if you think they do not think about it. They have not changed. The last jihad declared publicly from Constantinople was in 1914, almost 100 years ago, against the Allied Forces and infidels. First picture shows the moment highest religious authority of the caliphate in Constantinople declares Jihad (Holy War) against the infidels of the West and the Allied Forces.
You know the rest. Millions of Greeks, Armenians, and Assyrians were slaughtered in Anatolia simply because they would not convert to Islam. They were Christians. They could have become Turks merely by converting to Islam, and they would have lived in Anatolia in peace. They would have lived a lie, in a pseudo-nation, without identity and without history. But they refused to change their faith, and for that they had to abandon their ancestral lands or die.
The genocide was orchestrated by Mustafa Kemal & the Young Turks, & it was racially and religiously motivated in order to create their Islamic pseudo-nation.
Today Erdogan calls himself the "father of all Muslims" and praises Kemal.
This is Islam. This is the barbaric state of Turkey. It is not the politicians. These are the collective beliefs of the majority in Turkey. They hate us, and they are barbarians.
They showed their real face when they invaded Cyprus in 1974 where mass murders of civilians were carried out systematically by the Turkish army. Not only unarmed soldiers who had surrendered, but also civilians, including children aged from 6 months to 11 years old, women, and elderly people up to 90 years of age, even paralysed individuals, people with intellectual disabilities, and blind people, were killed by Turkish soldiers. This is history with documents from the Red Cross and other sources. According to the report, the Turkish committed mass and repeated rapes of Greek Christian women of all ages, from 12 to 71 years old, in some cases to such an extent that the victims suffered from haemorrhages (loss of blood from a damaged blood vessel) or were left as mental wrecks. All the women and girls were gathered in separate rooms of empty houses. There they were repeatedly raped by the Turkish troops. In some cases, members of the same family were repeatedly raped in front of their own children. In other cases, women were raped publicly in a bestial manner. In some instances, the rapes were accompanied by brutal acts, such as violent biting that caused serious wounds to the victims, banging of the head on the floor, and strangling of the neck almost to the point of suffocation. In several cases, attempts at rape were accompanied by stabbing or the killing of the victim. Pregnant women were also among the rape victims.
And among many other cases, a mentally retarded girl was raped in her home by twenty soldiers, one after the other. When the victim began to scream, they threw her from the window of the second floor: she suffered a spinal injury and remained paralysed.
There are documented sources from the women who survived and the Red Cross.
Genocide in Anatolia happened 100 years ago, Constantinople pogroms against the Greeks happened 71 years ago and the Cyprus invasion happened 52 years ago. This is part of our history, our generation.
This is Islam.
Any Muslim who tells you otherwise is lying. Islam commands: become a believer, become a slave, or die.
They want to destroy every Western nation.
They declared war on us before they got on that boat from their countries. They were born for this: to invade and destroy. That is why combat-ready young men come illegally to Europe and the West; otherwise they would stay in the East and Muslim countries. Conquest was the goal from the beginning.
They cannot wage open war with the West, so they turn their women into birth machines. They kill, murder, rape, steal, and destroy every value in your countries.
Resist, or you will disappear, just as every nation that did not fight for its survival disappeared. Act before you meet the Sumerians in the abyss of non-existence and become merely a page in the history books.
Never forget: No discussion or debates with the enemy, those who want you, your women, and your children dead or enslaved. No discussion with the traitors who help their plan either.
This is important.

We Greeks called the muslim Turks "the Grand Masters of Torture." After the fall of Constantinople and during the 400 years of Ottoman slavery in Greece, the Greeks carried out more than 100 uprisings in order to restore the Eastern Roman Empire and free themselves from muslim tyrants.
The barbarity of the muslims against the Christian Greeks was out of this world. During these 400 years and as historical sources report, the Turks, in order to intimidate the rebels, systematically committed atrocities that the human mind cannot comprehend.
On page 236-237 of the historical book "What You Didn't Know About Turkish Rule and the Greek Revolution of 1821," the following is written:
As soon as the Revolution of 1821 broke out, the Turks, in their attempt to intimidate the rebels, butchered those they captured or threw them to the ground and slaughtered them like animals. In some cases, they exceeded the limits of brutality. In Patras, they captured a father and son and, after impaling them, lit a fire and forced the other captives to roast them like lambs. Ali Pasha at that point was more inventive: When he impaled Christians, he forced their relatives to turn the spit, threatening that otherwise he would impale them too.
Immediately after the hanging of Patriarch Gregory V in Constantinople, the Turks hanged three metropolitans at various points in the city. However, one of them, the very elderly Metropolitan of Nicomedia, breathed his last before reaching the place of execution. Such, however, was the Turks' mania for revenge that they punished even the dead man by hanging his corpse.
After the hanging of the Patriarch, the Turks daily engaged in massacres of Christians who were trying to escape from the City. Then the Sultan sent a firman to the Patriarchate, which prohibited the departure of Christians from Constantinople, making them "jointly liable" in groups of five. This meant that if one from a group of five escaped, the remaining four would pay with their lives.
Thus, the Greeks had to choose between the very likely massacre if they waited, or the certain massacre if one of the five managed to escape.
The revolution in Macedonia was drowned in an ocean of blood. Five thousand Greeks were massacred in Naousa, the rest were sold in slave markets, and the entire city was reduced to ashes.
The Pasha of Thessaloniki, Abdul Abud, who had set as his goal the extermination of the Greeks, burned 120 villages and wiped out their inhabitants to the last one.
Among the leaders of the Revolution, Zafeirakis was killed in Veroia, Gatsos and Karatasos escaped, while the fate of their wives was harsh, whom Abdul Abud, with horrific threats, wanted to force to convert to Islam. Only Gatsos's wife gave in, out of fear of torture.
The other two were tortured to death in front of the government building in the following way: They put sacks full of mice and cats around their necks, and Karatasos's wife, before dying, in a sack full of snakes.

52 years after the Turkish invasion of Cyprus, more information is coming to the surface about the atrocities committed by Muslim Turks against the Greeks of Cyprus. A Greek Cypriot who had been captured during the Turkish invasion revealed to his wife, shortly before his death, that he had been raped by Turks while in captivity.
This information became known last week from the president of the Association of Prisoners of War of 1974, as conveyed by the widow of the deceased man who had been a prisoner during the Turkish invasion.
This man, full of feelings that some of us can never understand, what it is like to have people invade your home and take it from you by force, to take your ancestral land from you, confided to his wife what happened to him in 1974.
The man had lived for decades with his wife and they had four children. Nevertheless, according to what was reported in Parliament, he had never spoken of the rape. Shortly before he died, he got it out.
This story brings back to our memories the horrific stories recorded in the official archives of the Red Cross, which provided aid during the Turkish invasion of Cyprus. For example another story testified by a Greek woman:
"They put us in a classroom of the school in Voni, together with the rest of the family. There they would come in whenever they wanted, choose, and take us away to satisfy their sexual desires. I would not go out to get food. I kept wearing grandmother’s clothes so I would look like an old woman, but they could see my face. I would go outside only when I went to the toilet. I was constantly wrapped in a quilt and all the little children would sit on top of me so that the Turks would not keep dragging me out and raping me. This lasted three months, before the Red Cross came."
The crime described took place in the occupied village of Voni in the Nicosia district, which had been used by the Turkish army as a detention camp for women and children. Camps of this type were also set up in the Famagusta district villages of Vitsada, Marathovounos and Gypsou, and there, according to testimonies, systematic rapes were committed by the Turkish army. The women were released at intervals after the ceasefire agreement of 16 August 1974.
Many of those statements were used years later to locate missing Greek Cypriots who were killed during the advance of the Turkish army. Many women confessed, and together with hearsay testimony, the women victims of the war are today estimated in the hundreds.
However, according to Vasos Christou, president of the Association of Prisoners of War of 1974, besides women and children there are also other male prisoners of 1974 who were raped but have not spoken, and little by little evidence is coming to the surface from testimonies.
The abortions carried out in the second half of 1974 in Cyprus were HUNDREDS and MASS. Hundreds of women brutally abused by the Muslim Turks became pregnant and special legislation had to be passed so that they could terminate their pregnancies (Source: Chrysanthos Chrysanthou, "The other war of the doctors in 1974").
Many abortions were performed in private clinics, quite a few at Nicosia General Hospital, and because that hospital was full of war wounded, many abortions were undertaken by doctors at the hospitals of the British Bases in Dhekelia and Akrotiri.
Many other women miscarried using pregnancy-termination drugs distributed to them by the Red Cross while they were still in the detention camps of the barbaric Turkish army.
The Muslim Turks raped and beat women, children, and even children with mental disabilities.
In order to facilitate the process of mass abortions, even the Orthodox Church of Cyprus consented through its tolerance to the amendment of the legislation in 1974, so that the abortions of that period would become legal.
52 years later, we still do not forget the stories of the Greeks, of our parents, and of those who fought and felt the barbarity of the Turks in Cyprus. Stories that the human mind cannot imagine.
Do you know what it means one day suddenly, the barbarians to invade your homeland, drive you out, rape you, murder you, your wife and your children, or in other cases for 52 years until today your relatives to search for you because your body was never found? To be missing for 52 years and your relatives never to have buried you? Do you know what that means?
That is the Turk. That is the Barbarian.
That is why we, their descendants, shout today:
Never again.
We do not forget.
We cannot coexist.
The only solution is the Union of Mother Greece with Cyprus.
Free Cyprus.

Islam is the religion of the barbarians, and I have proven that many times with my historically accurate posts. I will do the same again. The testimony of the German Johann W.A. Streit, a young technician, about the massacres of Greeks in Constantinople by the Muslim Turks is horrifying. He writes that as soon as a wool factory finished its shift, the Turkish workers seized the prisons of Katrosan and dragged out 186 Greeks who had been arrested in the preceding days.
Many of them they killed on the spot, while they dragged the others through the cobblestone streets until they met a gruesome death:
"They tied the Greeks’ feet and hands with ropes and pulled them in all directions, dismembering them. They cut off their heads, impaled them on the tips of their swords, and paraded them triumphantly through the streets. Even though a fire had broken out that evening in one of the outlying districts, a fire that could have destroyed the entire city, no one was bothered by it. Everyone continued with the slaughter and the looting"
The next morning, Streit saw many Greeks, both men and women, hanging upside down from their windows.
"The victims were writhing and screaming. Knives and swords had been nailed into the buttocks of many. From time to time, they would cut off another piece of flesh".
That morning, Streit counted approximately 4,000 corpses of both sexes. He recounts the incident in which a mob broke into the house of a Greek jeweler. One of his daughters jumped out of the window and was killed.
"They brought the rest of the family down to the square. There they stripped the other daughter and the maid naked, and first cut off their breasts and then their noses. The son, a robust 24-year-old young man, rushed at a Turk, punched him in the temple, seized the bloodied yataghan from his hand, and with one blow from top to bottom cut off his nose so that it remained hanging from his lips. Within a minute, a hundred swords had hacked him to pieces".
Later, the impaling of many Greeks is described:
"Around midnight, they brought more Greeks, men and women, among them three small children. They impaled them with their swords and threw them alive into the fire".
Streit adds: "I did not see a single Turk whose face showed any compassion. Even six-year-old children vented their hatred on the dead. They stabbed the slain Greeks with knives".
Wherever and however they could, the Greek population resisted the barbarity:
"A Greek merchant, as soon as the Turks broke into his shop and house, took refuge with his family in the upper floor. He had with him two barrels of gunpowder. And while forty bloodthirsty Turks were climbing the stairs, he set it on fire. The house blew up into the air. A pharmacist killed 200 Turks who were besieging his house. He poisoned all the wine barrels in his cellar with arsenic and then committed suicide by cutting his throat with a razor. The Turks drank, were poisoned, and died curled up like worms in front of the house".
All of this is described in detail in his book "Constantinople in the Year 1821", which was published in Leipzig in 1822.

When Muslims killed Greek Bishop Gerasimos of Rethymno in 1821, they opened his chest, removed his heart, and sprinkled their banners with its blood in order to achieve victories against the infidels. The entire description of the incident directly evokes cannibalism from a primitive era (Source: Theochares Detorakis, "History of Crete").
Apart from the official executions, there were also the mass slaughters of Christian populations in cases where the Islamic-Ottoman state wanted to demonstrate its power. The main pretext for the massacres was reprisals against revolutionary movements. Alongside the official figures who were publicly executed (bishops, notables, etc.), unruly hordes of Janissaries would rush into Christian homes, break down doors, kill anyone they found in front of them, and then plunder the house, seizing whatever they liked. When leaving, in many cases they also set the house on fire.
Now, the hooks or "tsigkelia", as the Muslim Turks called them. On the walls of cities or on specially erected scaffolds, large hooks with sharp, sharpened points were fixed. The naked victim was thrown onto the hooks from high up on the walls or was hoisted up with special pulleys and dropped onto the hooks of the scaffolds. There he remained impaled for days, tormented by terrible pains until he finally expired. If, moreover, the hooks had not pierced a vital organ, the torture could last several days. Historical accounts mention the presence of such a scaffold with hooks in the central square of Heraklion (Candia), where many Cretans, mainly rebels, met their tragic end.
One torture that the Muslim Turks carried out when they had no time for anything else was the breaking of limbs. They usually did this to prisoners they had captured in the countryside and did not want to transport to the city for something "more entertaining," either because they were in a hurry or because they did not want to take on the risks of a possible transfer. With an axe they smashed the main joints of the victim's limbs (shoulder, elbow, hip, knee) and several bones (humerus, femur, tibia). The victim was then unable to move at all, while terrible pains shook his body from the shattered joints. The executioners left him helpless and departed, so that he would die a few hours or at most two days later, or become prey to wild animals in the wilderness.
An equally torture is that of beheading. The Ottoman lords even had a well-known proverb on their lips: "A head that does not bow falls."
The execution of the sentence was carried out in public view by a specialized executioner called "makelaris" (a Greek-Byzantine word meaning "butcher" that derives from ancient Greek), with the well-known curved Ottoman sword, the "yataghan". The victim arrived at the place of slaughter ridiculed and publicly shamed. Before the execution he had, as a rule, been beaten and often mutilated. The punishment itself was painless and instantaneous, but the entire preceding process made it agonizing. The body and head remained exposed for days, just as in the other tortures we mentioned earlier. Often the victim's head was impaled on a pole and paraded through the city, especially if the victim happened to be an officially wanted person (e.g., Ali Pasha). Other times it was preserved and sent to the Sultan himself, as happened with the head of Ali Pasha. Still other times the head remained hung or impaled in a prominent position for days, until the natural decomposition of its features began.
The torture of beheading is naturally connected with the fate of the Four Martyrs. The Synaxarion of the Saints confirms everything I have said so far. After harsh tortures and public humiliation through the streets of Rethymno, the Saints (Manuel, Angelos, George and Nicholas) ended up in the square of the Great Gate, which today bears their name in their honor, to be beheaded.
This is recent history. Tortures ended almost 200 years before when we destroyed the Ottoman Empire. And if you think they changed, you should start reading their comments on my posts or the reposts.
This is who they are. This is Islam.

A genocide that was racially and religiously motivated and orchestrated by Mustafa Kemal. In the Greco-Turkish war of 1912-1922, millions of Greeks either abandoned their ancestral homes or were slaughtered in the most barbaric way by the barbarians Turks, who have no historical continuity in the region. Only the Greeks who converted to Islam survived and had the right to stay.
We, today's Greeks, are the descendants of those who did not submit to Islam and chose to resist.
Today's Turks, in the majority, are those Greeks who cowered and converted to Islam in order to save themselves.

The Genocide of the Greeks of Asia Minor.
The Greek newspaper "Eleftheron Vima" has preserved in its historical archive the details of the days of 1922, when Muslim Turks destroyed the Greek city of Smyrna and wiped out thousands of Greeks and Armenians from their ancestral homes.
"(...) The national tragedy began on the coasts of Ionia from the night of Saturday (27 August). In the morning the dreadful announcement was heard: ‘They are coming!’ Terrified, the inhabitants rushed to hide, and shortly afterwards the gallop of the horses was heard; they arrived with swords toward the waterfront shouting ‘Yaşasın Kemal!’ (Long live Kemal).
These horsemen contented themselves with killing for the sake of sport.
Until Sunday nothing else outrageous occurred. But on Sunday morning the mob poured into the city and brought panic and ruin. The first swords of the çetes and the Turks were returning to the city after a long absence.
The mob began its destructive work from the outlying quarters and seized property and dishonored the virgins.
(...) The hordes first attacked shops, which they looted and destroyed.
The çetes, in a frenzy, burned everything and stole whatever they could, and after they had had their fill of the spectacle of the destruction of inanimate things, they turned upon the people, upon the Christians who were shut up in their houses and awaited with anguish dishonor and death...
The doors of the houses were smashed and the crowds of the enraged rushed upon many Christians.
Women were raped, men were slaughtered, and whatever was most valuable was stolen.
This went on for hours. In the streets of Smyrna there were hundreds of corpses which stank and made the air suffocating.
Those who escaped the slaughter were seized by the Turkish military authorities and led like sheep, in groups, to various concentration camps outside Smyrna, where they were shut in. Their fate remains unknown."

In 1822, Muslim Turks captured two Greek Christian women in Naousa and attempted to force them to convert to Islam. They smeared them with honey on the head and tied them exposed, so as to receive the stings of wasps and of passersby.
The first woman, wife of captain Zafeirakis, was then built into the wall up to the neck in the church of Hagia Sophia in Thessaloniki. She was left there for days for the entertainment of the wild mob that went there cursing and hitting her head with sticks as it protruded from the wall. She did not back down for a moment, strengthened until her last breath by prayer, and she never abandoned her Christian faith. Her martyrdom lasted five days. A passing gypsy woman, to hasten her end, threw a large stone at her, and thus the blessed one delivered her heroic soul into the hands of God, Whom she did not deny.
The other woman, Maria, refused to change her faith, and for this Ebub Lubut enclosed her in a sack with deadly snakes, where she was martyred.
The historian Eustathios Stougiannakis writes:
"The acute venom diffused into the veins of the martyr from the bites, however, killed her in sweet lethargy, praying until the last moment for her executioners and invoking the Most High and the Virgin."
And Pouqueville describes in the darkest colors to the civilized world the dramatic scenes he saw with his own eyes there:
"Many women naked were put up to the neck in sacks with cats, snakes, and mice…"
The lifeless bodies of these holy women were eventually thrown into the sea.
These events took place during the Naousa massacre.

During the first months of 1821, hundreds of Greek Christians, men and women, were impaled in Constantinople as part of the general massacre. The German Johann W.A. Streit, who was working in Constantinople at the time describes the massacre and the impalements in detail in a book he wrote in 1822:
"Meanwhile, other Turks were fixing many iron spits into the ground. There were about eighty spits. They stripped the Greeks, around 65 of them, young, old, women, and surrounded them with drawn swords, in front of the spits. Two villains would seize a Greek man or woman, lift them high, and slam them down with force onto the sharp, pointed iron stake, so that the tip passed through the entrails and reached the chest. They impaled forty-four in this way. Thus transfixed, they writhed like beetles that children pierce with a needle for amusement. A howl of mortal agony rose to the heavens. It lasted about an hour, then faded, and their heads lolled to the side" (more information about his book on the first comment below).
Torture by hanging and impalement was so common during this period that the phrase became proverbial among our people: "He is a man of the rope and the stake!"
The Frenchman Jean Antoine Guer, in his 1774 book "Customs and Habits of the Turks", describes impalement in the Ottoman Empire. Impalement was used as a method of exemplary execution of Greek Christian prisoners.
In Patras, the Muslim Turks arrested a father and son and, after skewering them, lit a fire and forced the other prisoners to roast them like lambs. Ali Pasha was even more inventive in this regard: he slow-roasted his victims, thinning out the coals beneath them in order to prolong the torment and his own amusement, as well as that of his staff. In many cases, when he impaled Greek Christians, he forced relatives to torture and kill their own family members in order to avoid being impaled and roasted themselves.
The impalement of Greeks in Patras in April 1821 is mentioned by François Pouqueville, drawing from the diary of his brother Hugues, who was present at the events:
"Headless corpses, severed limbs scattered here and there... Soldiers drag women and children by the hair. In a ditch, impaled Greeks were breathing their last."
The impalement of two Greeks in Patras during the same days is also reported by the Turkophile English consul Philip Green. He also states that many Ionian Greeks captured in the Battle of Lala were impaled by the Turks and Albanians, while a sack full of noses and ears was sent to the Sultan as a trophy.
The newspaper "Ellinika Chronika", printed in besieged Missolonghi, reports the impalement of certain Greek civilians on 8 December 1825:
"On the 8th of the same month [December]. In front of the enemy gun emplacements we saw today a priest, two women, and some men and boys impaled, whom the most savage and merciless barbarians had captured and condemned to such a cruel death, and they set them up in front of their gun emplacements as trophies of their inhumanity... In an enemy raid carried out around that time in the province of Venetiko, the Turks captured some women and children, who were brought to the enemy camp and condemned by the Arch-barbarian to such a loathsome death."
The Dutch consul in Chios in 1822 describes the impalement of two Greeks during the Massacre of Chios. One of them, named Giakoumakis or Salonikios, was the vice-consul of Denmark and had openly declared his support for the revolutionaries. The Turks broke into his house, where he had raised the Danish flag, and led him along with other Greeks to the castle of Chios, where the pasha ordered him to be impaled. The impalement took place in the square of Vounaki using a church candelabrum, which emerged from his left shoulder.
His agony lasted two days.

The most common torture inflicted by the Muslims during the Ottoman period was whipping. The usual victims were the Christians. It was the introductory torment in every other torture, so common in the persecutions of Christians that the phrase became proverbial: "I will whip you until you change your faith."
The victim was tied with exposed back, their clothes torn, and the whipping began. The executioners were usually Turkish soldiers with robust physiques, so that the blows were both critical and powerful. The number of blows was either predetermined by the court or (most of the time) left to the discretion of the executioners. Muslim judges (qadis) observed the torture. If the victim showed that they could not endure the completion of the number of blows and their life was in immediate danger, then the judge placed the Quran under the executioner's armpit. Unable to raise his arm high (since the holy text must not fall to the ground), he delivered the remaining blows with less intensity. After the whipping, the victim was often left helpless without care, or thrown into prison. In most cases, permanent disabilities remained on the body.
Also, one of the harshest tortures of the Ottoman Muslims was impalement. Crowds surrounded the victim and mocked them, suggesting they convert to Islam and insulting their faith, family, and nationality.
The stakes were set up in a specific area, usually in the village or town square. The victim was dragged there in public humiliation, as usual. After being severely whipped, their clothes were torn, their hands were tied tightly behind their back, and they were "seated" on the stake. Then weights were hung on their legs so that they would slide down and be skewered on the stake. In many cases, the sadism did not end with skewering the victim. The spit (with the victim on it) was placed horizontally over a fire or burning coals, and the victim was roasted alive like a lamb. The fearsome and terrible Ali Pasha of Ioannina was famous for slowly roasting his victims, thinning the coals under them to prolong the agony and the entertainment of himself and his entourage. In many cases, he forced relatives to torture and kill their own kin to avoid impalement and roasting themselves. I have an interesting story to tell you on my next post. Stay tuned.

I’ve read some of you asking why I make these posts. Well, let me explain why history matters and why we should keep the barbarians away from our countries.
The Greek, Armenian, and Assyrian genocide happened 100 years ago in Asia Minor. That means our grandparents lived through these atrocities and were violently expelled or slaughtered from their ancestral lands. The Turkish invasion of Cyprus took place in 1974 (52 years ago), so our parents lived through it and its atrocities. And if you think 1821 is ancient history, remember that our grandparents, who lived through 1920, had great-grandparents who fought to expel Islam from Greece in 1821. From 1821 to 1922, those generations fought nonstop against Islam and the Turks: the Greek War of Independence, the Balkan Wars, the Greco-Turkish War, and the Asia Minor Campaign. The Cyprus invasion happened 52 years ago, the Constantinople pogroms 71 years ago, the Greek genocide in Asia Minor 104 years ago and never forget the atrocities against the Greeks by the Muslim Turks for 373 years during the Ottoman period from the fall of Constantinople (1453) until 1825.
You can’t claim these wars weren’t religiously motivated. I explained in many of my previous posts, that the Ottoman enslavement of Greece was driven entirely by the religious conflict between Islam and Christianity.
65 years after the Fall of Constantinople, Sultan Selim I Yavuz, grandson of Mehmed "the Conqueror" and father of Suleiman, decided to definitively abolish the Patriarchate of Constantinople during the patriarchate of Theoleptos I, and to slaughter all the subjugated Christians (rayah) of the empire who refused to convert to Mohammedanism and Islam.
Just 65 years after the Fall of Constantinople, the Greeks of Thrace were collectively placed before the forced dilemma of either converting or being wiped off the face of the earth, that is, to suffer ethnic cleansing and genocide.
The Greek and Armenian genocides 100 years ago (1908–1922) were also religiously motivated. Muslim Turks gave Christians two choices: convert to Islam and stay in Anatolia, or face murder, slaughter, hanging, burning, expulsion, and death by starvation during endless death marches. They tried to erase the Hellenic presence from Asia Minor, where Greeks had lived for at least 3,000 years. Not even the Persians expelled the Greeks from their homes, but Muslims did. They tried to eliminate Hellenism from Anatolia, but their curse is that wherever they dig, they find whole layers of Greece beneath the rocks, and they have to live with that forever. Even when they are searching for their family past, they are finding Greek roots.
52 years ago, Muslim Turks invaded Cyprus. How can we forget? One of their atrocities was the following:
The Turkish army set up camps for Greek women and children in Nicosia and other villages, where Turkish soldiers committed systematic rapes, according to testimonies. Hundreds of abortions were performed en masse in the second half of 1974 in Cyprus.
According to doctors’ testimonies from the Red Cross recorded in Chrysanthos Chrysanthou’s book "The Other War of the Doctors in 1974," hundreds of brutally abused women became pregnant, requiring special legislation to allow termination. Earlier, many women had miscarried using abortion pills distributed by the Red Cross while still in Turkish detention.
71 years ago, on September 1955 in Constantinople 4,348 Greek businesses, 110 hotels, 27 pharmacies, 23 schools, and 73 churches were damaged or destroyed. The exodus of Greeks from Turkey, reduced the community of over 150.000 (who have already left from the Fall), to fewer than 2.000 today.
So yes, I hate Islam, with all my heart.
Yes, we won't coexist with the Turks.
Unapologetically and proudly.
Because I'm Greek, I know my history, and you should too.

One of the most horrific tortures during the Ottoman period was that of the hooks or "tsigkelia", as the Muslim Turks called them. On the walls of cities or on specially erected scaffolds, large hooks with sharp, sharpened points were fixed. The naked victim, a Christian, was thrown onto the hooks from high up on the walls or was hoisted up with special pulleys and dropped onto the hooks of the scaffolds.
The Ottoman lords had a well-known proverb on their lips: "A head that does not bow falls." The execution of the sentence was carried out in public view by a specialized executioner called makelaris (a Greek-Byzantine word meaning "butcher"), with the well-known curved Ottoman sword, the yataghan. The victim arrived at the place of slaughter ridiculed and publicly shamed. Before the execution he had, as a rule, been beaten and often mutilated. The punishment itself was painless and instantaneous, but the entire preceding process made it agonizing. The body and head remained exposed for days. Often the victim's head was impaled on a pole and paraded through the city, especially if the victim happened to be an officially wanted person. Other times it was preserved and sent to the Sultan himself. Still other times the head remained hung or impaled in a prominent position for days, until the natural decomposition of its features began.
The torture of beheading was naturally also connected with the fate of the Four Martyrs who concern us in the present work. Indeed, the Synaxarion of the Saints confirms everything we have said so far. After harsh tortures and public humiliation through the streets of Rethymno, the Saints ended up in the square of the Great Gate, which today bears their name in their honor, to be beheaded.
Theochares Detorakis, in his "History of Crete", conveys a chilling piece of information. When they killed Bishop Gerasimos of Rethymno in 1821, they opened his chest, removed his heart, and sprinkled their banners with its blood in order to achieve victories against the infidels. The entire description of the incident directly evokes cannibalism from a primitive era.

When the Turks found the Greek bishop Dionysios the Philosopher in 1611, they flayed him alive, stuffed his skin with straw, and paraded it from city to city. Eventually, this "attraction" reached Constantinople, where it was received with enthusiasm by the muslims.
When it passed below the sultan's seraglio, the sultan, hearing the commotion, rose from his throne and stepped out onto the balcony to see what was happening.
Three days later, the muslim Turks also discovered Deli Giorgos and Lambros. They burned Lambros alive, while they crucified Giorgos and, instead of a crown of thorns on his head, they drilled holes into which they placed feathers. Dionysios’s skin, together with the heads of 85 Greek Christian rebels, was sent to Constantinople, where it was thrown into the Sultan’s stables.
Afterwards, Osman Pasha carried out reprisals against the population of Thesprotia, while a climate of terror spread to Ioannina and throughout Epirus.
Many churches and monasteries were destroyed, such as that of Saint Demetrios at Dichouni, and their properties were confiscated. Many inhabitants of these areas were killed, enslaved, or forced to convert to Islam, while most of the survivors scattered into the mountains.
From the fall of Constantinople in 1453 until 1822, the Greeks suffered systematically unimaginable tortures and slaughters for their faith. It was barbarism that the human mind cannot imagine or comprehend. These are dark pages of history that the world does not know.
But you have learn and search about what the barbarians did in the name of their god.

On June 17, 1771, the Muslim Turks flayed alive the Greek Hero Daskalogianis. He was led to a central square in Heraklion. A wooden scaffold with a special seat had been erected. He was flayed starting from the head by a barbarian executioner who threw pieces of skin to the crowd, saying: "Take leather for your boots!". A second executioner periodically showed him his flayed face in a mirror, mocking: "Look, captain, how well the red suits you!". Relatives (brother and daughter) were in the crowd. He endured steadfastly and died when the flaying reached his shoulder blades. His flayed body remained exposed in the June heat for days in that square (now named in his honor) until the stench forced the Turks to bury it. Some of his body parts were eaten by the dogs.
After Daskalogiannis’s death and the failure of his revolt against the muslim tyrants, the life of the rayah (Greek Christians subjects, similar to dhimmis) became a constant torment.
The Janissaries were seizing all the Christians’ belongings, but they also exterminated them without any reason, simply because they were Christians.
Sometimes they executed them in cold blood in the middle of the road, just to test the accuracy of their weapons; other times to watch them writhe in their own blood; sometimes to make the abduction of a bride, right after her wedding, more dramatic; other times simply because the Christians were manly-looking, relatively well-dressed, or on horseback.
In the latter case, the rayah would hurry to dismount upon seeing a Janissary, but the latter would draw his pistol and say: "Why did you dismount, you infidel dog? So you could make me ride instead?". And the rayah, Greek Christian, would fall dead.
In periods of unrest and lawlessness, when bloodthirsty Janissaries held the upper hand, the murder of a Turk was punished extremely harshly by them. Many times it led to the extermination of entire families in the area where the murder had taken place. A characteristic example of their vengeful fury is the fact that, for the murder of one powerful Turk in the Selino region of Crete, 40 Greeks who bore the name Yannis (John) were killed.
In the last quarter of the 18th century, the situation in Crete was grim.
The Janissaries faced no restraint in their behavior toward the Christians. They would even enter churches and desecrate them. And if they discovered a beautiful Greek girl, they would seize her from her parents in order to satisfy their lewd desires. For this reason, anyone who had a pretty daughter was forced to keep her locked inside the house, while most Greek women who lived in towns would wear a burqa when they went out, just like Muslim women.
That's why today in Greece, we call the Greek traitors as "Janissaries" which is the ultimate insult for a Greek who acts against his own people.
The Greeks suffered so much that when they finally fell upon the Turks with rage in the last and successful revolution of 1821 against the muslim tyrants and barbarians, they would shoot with their rifles, and without waiting to reload the rifles (because it takes time), they would smash the Turks’ heads with their pistols.
There are eyewitness, historical accounts, describing how they beat the Turkish occupier with such hatred for what he had done to the Greeks that the iron of the weapons literally melted on the Turks’ heads from the force of the blows.
In Anogeia, Crete, out of the 800 dead Turks, two-thirds had their skulls completely crushed from the blows.
This is how much our ancestors suffered by Islam.
And this is why we hate Islam in Greece.
Unapologetically.

On 3 May 1821, 4.000 Muslim Turks from what was then called Bilad al-Sham arrived in Cyprus and beheaded 486 Greek Christians in a single day because they didn't convert to Islam (Bilad al-Sham was the Ottoman Syria, which included Lebanon, Jordan, Syria Palaestina, Jerusalem, Gaza, and essentially the whole region, then divided into eyalets, or provinces).
When Küçük Mehmet arrived in Cyprus, drew up a list of 486 prominent Greeks, with Archbishop Kyprianos at the top. He informed the Sultan that if these men were not exterminated, they could obtain weapons from Greece and rise in revolt.
Then the order came from the "Sublime Porte", the office of the Grand Vizier. The directive stated that all those on the list must be slaughtered, unless they changed their faith, that is, unless they converted from Christian Greeks into Muslim Turks.
On June 12, most of them were arrested in their places of residence and imprisoned in the dungeons, while 16 managed to escape.
The first to be murdered as an example was Archbishop Kyprianos. On July 9, 1821, he was hanged in the Square of the Government House in Nicosia, under a mulberry tree. On the same day, the three Metropolitans of Cyprus were beheaded: Chrysanthos of Paphos, Meletios of Kition, and Lavrentios of Kyrenia, along with many other clergymen.
On July 14, the "great massacre" took place.
Approximately 486 Greeks of Cyprus were publicly beheaded. Imagine the number, around 400 Greeks in a single day.
486 Christian heads. Greek heads. Because they didn't convert to Islam.
36 were spared from death because they converted to Islam.
The English traveler John Carne writes that he had met Archbishop Kyprianos, who, judging from the developments, foresaw the violent end that awaited him. Carne records the words of Kyprianos:
"My death is not far away. I know they are only waiting for an opportunity to kill me."
The French ambassador Jérôme Méchain writes about the atrocities committed by the Muslim Turks:
"The island of Cyprus… quiet and peaceful… if left undisturbed… is today in turmoil from the day of the arrival of a large number of troops [...] …the Musellim is becoming more and more ferocious. Every day in Nicosia he hangs, strangles or butchers unfortunate people, Christians [...]"
Meanwhile, the Swede Berggren writes:
"The Virgin Mary dressed everywhere in black, many houses were spattered with blood."
The poems that were written, such as "The 9th of July 1821 in Nicosia, Cyprus" by Vasilis Michaelides explain how much barbaric Islam is for this world.
The hatred of the Muslim Turks against the Greeks has been etched into our memories and souls.
We cannot forget. It is our duty to remember.

The war crimes, the rapes of women from 12 to 71 years old, and the atrocities committed by the Muslim Turks during the invasion of Cyprus in 1974, ONLY 52 years ago, have been recorded through testimonies and evidence in a report of the European Commission of Human Rights.
According to the report, mass killings of civilians were carried out systematically by the Turkish army. Not only unarmed soldiers who had surrendered, but also civilians, including children from 6 months to 11 years old, women and old people up to the age of 90, even people who were paralyzed, mentally disabled, and blind, were killed by Turkish soldiers.
Eyewitnesses reported the killings of hundreds of people by the Turkish forces. The complaints also include killings of people who had tried to visit areas under Turkish military control in order to collect their belongings from their homes.
A witness stated that in this mass killing she lost her husband, her father, two sons-in-law, and an uncle. She herself and a group of fellow villagers were taken prisoner by Turkish soldiers when they tried to reach the mountains to escape the bombardment. All the men who were captured were civilians and were wearing civilian clothes. The Turkish soldiers told them that they would wait for orders from their officer, who would decide their fate. When the officer arrived, he appeared angry and ordered the soldiers to get down and load their weapons, which they did. Another soldier, whom she described as "a good man," then intervened, and the Turkish soldiers discussed the matter for half an hour. They then separated the men from the women and, in front of the women, began shooting the men. They killed twelve. Some of the men were holding children while they were being shot. Three of those children were wounded.
Another incident reported by a witness is the killing of seventeen members of neighboring families. The victims were ten women and five children, aged from two to nine years. She also submitted a document which she presented as an English translation of a written testimony by a sixteen-year-old child who survived the killing.
According to the report, the Government of Cyprus alleged:
"Mass and repeated rapes of women of all ages, from 12 to 71 years old, and in some cases to such a degree that the victims suffered hemorrhages or became mental wrecks. In some areas enforced prostitution was practiced. All the women and girls were gathered into separate rooms in empty houses. There they were raped repeatedly by the Turkish troops. In certain cases members of the same family were raped repeatedly, in front of their own children. In other cases, women were raped publicly in a bestial manner. In other cases the rapes were accompanied by bestial acts, such as violent biting that caused serious wounds to the victims, striking their heads against the floor, and strangling their necks almost to the point of suffocation. In several cases attempted rapes were accompanied by the stabbing or killing of the victim. The rape victims included pregnant women and mentally disabled women."
Among many other cases, a mentally disabled girl was raped in her home by twenty soldiers, one after another. When the victim began to scream, they threw her from a second-floor window: she suffered a spinal injury and was left paralyzed.
One day after their arrival in the village of Voni, the Turks gathered the girls in a house and raped them.
Turkish soldiers tried to rape a 17-year-old schoolgirl. She resisted and they killed her.
One woman reported that girls were being held in various towns as prostitutes. She had seen with her own eyes at least 25 young girls together.
A woman from Voni was raped on three occasions by four men, one after another. She became pregnant.
"They put us in a school classroom in Voni, along with the rest of the family. They would come in whenever they wanted, choose us, and take us to satisfy their sexual desires. I didn't go out to get rations. I always wore my grandmother's clothes to look old, but they could see my face. I only went out when I needed the toilet. I was constantly wrapped in a blanket, and all the little kids sat on top of me so that the Turks wouldn't keep dragging me away and raping me. This lasted for three months, until the Red Cross arrived."
According to testimonies from doctors recorded in the book by Chrysanthos Chrysanthou, "The Other War of the Doctors in 1974," hundreds of brutally abused women became pregnant and special legislation had to be passed so that they could terminate their pregnancies. Many abortions were performed in private clinics, several at the Nicosia General Hospital, while due to the overcrowding of that hospital with war wounded, many abortions were undertaken by doctors at the hospitals of the British Bases in Dhekelia and Akrotiri. Even the Church of Cyprus had consented through its tolerance to the amendment of the legislation in 1974, so that the abortions of that period became legal.
This happened 52 years ago.
This happened to our mothers, to our sisters, to our grandmothers.
