Aaron Ford is asking for a promotion while leaving questions unanswered about his track record of voting to release criminals back onto our streets.
Why did he personally sponsor clemency for Norman Smith, who shot and killed a woman and her unborn child? Why did he support clemency for 30 killers? And what does he have to say to the families whose loved ones will never come home?
I spent more than three decades in law enforcement protecting victims and putting violent criminals behind bars. Aaron Ford used his authority to help convicted killers seek clemency.
