ONE FREE CALL = 500,000 views
Derek was unsure where his focus should be for months, leading to a lack of uploads.
After one call, I identified the content that he should invest his time into, how to package them and how to tell a story through his videos.
4. Knowing your audience Not just “who your current audience is” but who are the new people we're trying to reach? What are they worried about? What would make them stop scrolling. Every idea we did had to answer one question: why would our viewer care about this? If we couldn’t answer it, the idea didn’t get made.

@TeamYouTube Hi, I’m Justin Dorff. My fitness channel (@JustinDorff) (100k+ subs) has been entirely demonetized.
I’m concerned that YouTube's automated moderation systems may be incorrectly flagging my content, and I'm hoping someone can help.
I create videos documenting my personal experiences testing popular diets, health trends, and wellness products.
Recently, several of my videos were removed for allegedly violating YouTube's harmful behavior and eating disorder policies.
Every removal notification explicitly stated that my channel had received no strike and wasn't being penalized.
Yet my entire channel has now been demonetized and removed from the YouTube Partner Program.
I believe my content is being misclassified. My videos document personal experiments for entertainment and education. They do not promote eating disorders or encourage harmful behavior.
What I don't understand is why my channel has lost monetization when the videos identified as violations have already been permanently removed, and each removal notification assured me that my channel wasn't receiving a strike or penalty.
I'm respectfully requesting a manual review of my channel and the decisions that led to its demonetization.
I'd sincerely appreciate your help getting this resolved.
Justin creates some of the best content out there delivering insight into fitness and supplements. This needs investigating...

Enjoy uploading 20 videos to chase a single, individual win.
Real, authentic content wins in the long run.
Right now, there's an incredibly underrated opportunity to rip content ideas from large channels and do them in a raw/authentic way
I've finally ascended to creating automated tools with claude to not just save time but elevate all my sh*t -
I was nerfing myself up until now...
Insane work glow up incoming.
I’m begging every YouTube strategist to replace Red Bull and Monster with Protein Drinks and Water…
And to replace 80% of gaming and streaming leisure with hiking, biking and gym workouts.
Please get in 10K-15K steps outside, and do pull-ups and dead hangs to counter spinal compression and poor circulation.
(You’re losing inches of height the more you just sit in a chair)
Take a non work trip for 7-10 days every single quarter.
Spend more time with your parents (while you can).
Cook most of your meals or hire someone to do meal prep.
Only do fancy dinner for business, or twice a month… live on protein and fiber intense meals and fuel the gym sessions.
The fancy dinner isn’t about your bank account, it’s about your body fat %…
Cut it down to 14%, ideally 12%.
Get blood work done twice a year.
Get a physical NOW if you haven’t done one this year.
No coffee or caffeine after 11am.
No more late night sessions, 8 hours of sleep is mandatory.
Gym workouts are not skipped in the hotel. It’s 3x to 5x per week, non-negotiable.
Your health is your single most important asset.
Act accordingly.
You should be able to pass military PT for your age.

Most creators can’t answer the ONE question that matters most...
Why should someone watch you? “I make good videos” isn’t a good answer.
No one really knows it's good until they’ve clicked. So your reason has to show up in the packaging...

Some things to think about when packaging your next video:
1. are you the expert in the topic?
2. do you have an angle nobody else in your niche has? 3. do you solve a specific problem/pain point in your video?
4. do you have an authoritative position considering the information you will be giving?
If so, communicate this in the packaging rather than relying on a person to click and find out in the video!
This can either be in the title or thumbnail!
