Arguably one of the best cold opens in TV history.
Day 1 with Instinct: built out my entire 2027 private events calendar (16), drafted 4 outreach campaigns, caught a NBA suite quote that 50% under market value on resale, set up watchers for the Knicks games that haven't listed yet, got the kids 2027 school calendar sorted, helped book my NYE trip for the family, and handed off a full ski trip booking - all from my phone, all on a Sunday, all via text, all for free. First time booking a table through DoorDash. Smart, and got me to Buddy V's tonight by accident when I was searching for delivery on a different meal.
Casual dining brands: Consider offering $12 in dine-in credits if you order direct for takeout/delivery? It would make me order more frequently at your brand (or at least come in 1x more than I would've without the offer).
Everyone's chasing loyalty when theres customer workflow opportunities like this in front of them.
