Led by @jjfeld and colleagues @UHN #TCLD and @UofTGastro @UofT_DoM. Interferon lambda decreases viral load and improves recovery in persons with COVID-19!
Nice to finally get the data out. Interferon lambda works well for outpatients with Covid-19- especially those with high viral loads - the group most likely to get sick and to spread the infection to others...more to come
