The first two episodes of Boukra gave me a master’s degree in our history without leaving my sofa. The second episode gave me free therapy, with enough material to unpack as a daughter and a mom for the next six months. Now I’m bracing myself for this episode to tell me Intermittent fasting doesn’t work. Don’t miss out. @boukrapodcast @MouinJ

Ghida Abdelnour, you were a huge source of knowledge and inspiration when I decided to take my health in a different direction.
As a sports nutritionist, you helped professional athletes break records and tantet fit into their dresses for wedding season. You managed to make nutrition accessible to everyone through your passion without all the intimidating, vocab-heavy advice.
I asked you so many questions surrounding diet myths, our relationship with food and how it’s never too late to start thinking about your health. I am so happy to share with everyone what you’ve given me all these years.
NEW @boukrapodcast drops tomorrow at 8 PM Beirut time 🇱🇧 on YouTube, Spotify, Anghami, and wherever you get your podcasts. Don't forget to 🔔 on @boukrapodcast to get notified. Link in bio.
I listened to this episode and walked away with what felt like a master’s degree in our history! I absolutely loved it. Mouin Jaber is a natural-born podcaster. He listens with genuine curiosity, lets his guest speak without interrupting, and gives the listener the space to truly absorb and enjoy the conversation. A pleasure to listen to! @MouinJ @boukrapodcast @alimouinjaber

Every civilian life matters. But humanity cannot be selective. You can’t suddenly discover your conscience over 13 deaths in Saudi Arabia while turning a blind eye to years of war, starvation, and devastation inflicted on Yemen. If your compassion depends on whose lives are lost, it was never about humanity to begin with. #SaudiArabia
What happened at Cornell shows exactly how a man accused of rape can still rise all the way to the presidency and how easily power can silence accountability. @realDonaldTrump @Cornell

Whoever advised Ed Sheeran to describe Israel’s war on Gaza as the conflict between Israel and Palestine, framing it as suffering on both sides did him no favors. They didn’t pull him out of the controversy they sank him deeper into it. Some words don’t just miss the mark; they erase the reality of who is killing whom. @edsheeran #FREEPALESTİNE

This video was created by my dear friend @RicardoRKaram after the last attack on Nabatiyi. He gave me the gift of telling my story through the memories of growing up in the city I have carried in my heart my entire life.
Nabatiyi isn’t just a place on a map to me. It is my childhood, my family, the streets I knew, the memories that shaped me, and a piece of who I am.
Today, as my beloved city is once again under attack, I feel compelled to share this tribute again. It breaks my heart to watch the place that holds so much of my life suffer again and again.
I may be far away, but a part of me will always be there. Nabatiyi is home. It always has been, and it always will be.
To the Lebanese artists who stood up and raised their voices for South Lebanon when it would have been much easier to stay silent — thank you. 🇱🇧❤️
I know this industry. I know how quickly speaking your truth can cost you opportunities, friendships, contracts even your livelihood. The fear of losing work is real.
That is exactly why your courage matters.
When our people in the South were hurting, you could have protected your careers and looked the other way. Instead, you chose to speak. You chose humanity over silence.
You reminded us that being an artist is not only about entertaining people. Sometimes, it means using the voice you were given for those who are afraid to speak.
To those who stood with the South when it wasn’t safe or convenient to do so: history will remember your courage far longer than anyone remembers the jobs you were afraid to lose.
From the heart of someone who comes from the South thank you for not forgetting us. 🇱🇧❤️ @Rodney_961 @youssefalkhal @youssefhactor @RicardoRKaram @elefteriades #

My message to the IDF officer who ordered the airstrikes on World Central Kitchen and to the people who bomb and smear humanitarians — and to the leaders who have the responsability to stop it..
I’m finally convinced Lebanon should never have existed as a single country. It’s fractured along religious sect lines and has been at war with itself since its founding. For decades we were sold an illusion of unity, only to watch it collapse into civil war every few years because in truth, there was never any unity to begin with. Let’s drop the illusion and accept the reality: in Lebanon, hate has always been stronger than love.

Congratulations, Spain.
A nation that gave the world beautiful football also gave the world artists unafraid to speak for justice when silence was easier. May victories, on the pitch and in our shared humanity, always go hand in hand 🇪🇸

The real winner today? The Diva President.@realDonaldTrump @FIFAWorldCup
He didn’t win the World Cup, but he still managed to get his hands on the trophy. Some people just can’t resist making every final about themselves.
So, the World Cup final has become a showdown many are framing as pro-Palestine vs. Zionism. Looks like a lot of people will be cheering for Spain including me . 🇪🇸 #España
