I'm a man with mental health issues. I talk about them so other men feel OK coming forward.
Are you with me?
Outstanding reflection questions here.
Reflection journaling with Reflection App has been one of the most powerful habits I’ve ever built.
I found this interesting book today.
I’ve never felt at home with formulaic therapeutic techniques.
Maybe this book can help me blend my therapeutic approach with an eastern mindset, something that feels much more natural to me.
Hey everyone, I've been away from Twitter for a while.
I may return, but I realized after some soul-searching that Twitter doesn't feel like a place where I can be my authentic self anymore.

The western mindset is a huge driver of anxiety.
The need to categorize and optimize everything is not natural.
Humans need creativity.
They need to remember how to just be in the world, to just be with others.

I really enjoyed this. I think I’m going to make this a weekly thing on my mental health poetry account.
