For those listeners to the space call of Kevin Malone yesterday, let me clarify what was said about the pursuit of naked short selling in lawsuits, the decision we have made in the last 3 years or so is to first pursue spoofing allegations as we can do so in a more specific fashion, then possibly later on connect those spoofing allegations to shares sold but not delivered(in effect naked short selling).
We hope to be able to show in Genius for the first time naked shorts directly linked to the spoofing events we are complaining of.
Stay tuned as we hope to file on the near future.
Naked short selling and fails to deliver is not only a US problem, it's a worldwide problem. See below. Tune in today at 10:00 am CT: nitter.cf/i/spaces/1kvJpmobzqVxE
Join @rogerhamilton and I tomorrow at 10:00 am CT to talk about updates in the market manipulation litigation space, the recent public record of persistent, large-scale violations of Reg SHO by broker dealers, and more! Tune in here: nitter.cf/i/spaces/1kvJp
To Apes, MMTLP shareholders, Superstonk, @WallStreetBets, and all others fighting illegal short selling and market manipulation, I’ve recently been attacked by Forbes in an article titled “The Loony Conspiracy Theory Threatening Wall Street” by Brandon Kochkodin. I was disappointed to observe that the article was, at best, poorly researched and reported and, at worst, designed to intentionally mislead the public.
I’ll be discussing this further tomorrow at 10:00 AM CST. Tune in using this link: nitter.cf/i/spaces/1kvJp
