Watching #blackbirdhour on Wednesday. I've heard only good things!
So looking forward to the treat I have in store for me this afternoon: an open read through / showing of @babiryebukilwa’s stunning play #cake @bushtheatre courtesy of the fabulous @XBagPlays, bringing both this and #blackbirdhour under the same roof
Some really great insights from @daniyellegoff on the pitfalls and the pleasures of making short films. And thanks @bfinetwork for organising!
Absolutely wouldn't have done it without you @La_Lawrie 💕
A joy to share a stage with the total talent that is @J_MartinEdwards ❤️

Writer interrupts photoshoot and looks suitably awkward. @La_Lawrie and @J_MartinEdwards look perfect of course.
Check them out in my two-hander THE BOX this July at @WhiteBearTheatr

So immensely proud of my dear friend @SarahGrochala on her win. One of the most hardworking, capable and fiercely intelligent people I know. Can't wait to see her play on the stage!!!!

As a working class kid trying to navigate Cambridge University, this segment by @sophpender on @BBCRadio4 has so much resonance for me. Private education is the inconvenient truth that cannot be ignored bbc.co.uk/programmes/m001r7r…
It was well worth waiting for standby tickets to catch #THECALL by @Riffypowerzz yesterday. So refreshing to see "unlikely heroes" centred within a genre-bending piece of storytelling. And what a moving final scene! One more chance to catch it @BFI next week #bfilff2023
