MY TAKE: IU vs. Ohio State 🚨 Indiana fans spent decades begging for a championship program. Now some of you can’t survive ONE loss. That’s not a football problem. That’s a fanbase problem. 🚨 Let’s get something straight. Nick Marsh did not lose that game. He scored earlier and came inches from winning it. Hoover himself took responsibility for the final throw. If you’re blaming Marsh, you watched one play instead of 60 minutes. 🚨 We left points everywhere. Hoover went 20-of-40. We lost two fumbles. Rushed for 73 yards. Missed two field goals. Those are the reasons this was close, not one receiver’s foot on the final play. 🚨 The defense did its job. Held Ohio State to 313 yards, forced two interceptions, and allowed just 17 yards in the fourth quarter. That’s championship football. 🚨 22 straight wins. A national championship. A coach who completely changed this program. And one four-point loss to Ohio State has some of you acting like it’s all falling apart? Are you out of your damn minds? 🚨 There’s a difference between championship expectations and championship entitlement. Criticize the execution. Demand better. That’s fine. Trashing the players who took this program from irrelevance to a national title? That’s embarrassing. 🚨 Five of the AP’s top seven teams lost yesterday. Georgia. Notre Dame. Alabama. Texas. Indiana. College football humbled everybody. 🚨 We’re 6-1. Defending national champions. Still in the fight. Winning 22 straight doesn’t define your culture. How you respond when No. 23 doesn’t happen does. That includes the players. That includes the coaches. And that damn sure includes the fans. We spent decades begging to matter. Act like you’ve been here. Trust Cig. 🔴⚪ #iufb
