Spooky week here in the weight room with these men. Our crew grew this week and the weights were moving well. Desmond was the MVP this week after bringing the energy and moving big boy weight. The climb continues ⬆️ #BEtheStandard

Our great young men volunteered their time at BEAST Trick or Trick night and showed out! We had some great costumes and gave out tons of candy and pop. Proud of the character we displayed and our ability to make the kids feel welcome. #BEtheStandard

New phase in our lifting means there are new opportunities to get better! These guys stepped up to the challenge like usual. Owen was our MVP this week after pushing himself out of his comfort zone and proving that he is willing to work hard. #BEtheStandard
