Thanks to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF)-funded researchers like Dr. Will Parsons, the path toward better treatments and cures has advanced. Dr. Parsons' work studying the genetics of pediatric brain tumors has laid groundwork for future work that led to more accurate molecular descriptions of brain tumors.
