On our market update video on Tuesday we highlighted the $75k region as a key confluence level as it coincided with our HTF Range High, our LTF Range Low and the HTF Key S/R Level which spans from the 2024 Summer Range High.
With BTC showing strength amongst two potential cascading events (The Clarity Act & First FED rate hike since 2023), the trigger to get long was the reclaim of our LTF range low which we had formed a SFP at.
I've closed the majority of the position around the stacked highs just sub $80k with a small portion remaining targeting the nPOC just overhead.
As we mentioned in yesterdays market update video, BTC spends 90% of its time ranging with expansive moves too far and in between - yet most traders are screaming for the next impulse in either direction, finding themselves getting chopped up in the range and sidelined.
Large % chance we find ourselves within the same range over the next couple of weeks, for me the next real key level being the $83k region.

JAPAN’S YEN PROBLEM IS GETTING DANGEROUSLY HARD TO FIX.
The yen weakened to around ¥156 per dollar after the Fed raised rates again.
Now Japan is under pressure to respond.
Tomorrow is a huge day.
Japan’s latest inflation data is coming, followed by the BOJ’s rate decision.
The BOJ is expected to raise rates from 1% to 1.25%, taking them to a 31 year high.
But even that might not be enough.
U.S. rates are still much higher, keeping money attracted to dollar assets and putting more pressure on the yen.
And a weak yen is becoming increasingly expensive for Japan.
Imported fuel, food and raw materials cost more. Japan’s import prices were already up 24.8% YoY in August.
Even U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent has publicly pushed for stronger BOJ action and said a stronger yen would be beneficial.
Japan can raise rates to support the yen, but that also means higher borrowing costs for an economy already carrying massive debt.
The yen is weak. Inflation pressure remains high. And Japan is running out of easy options.

$BTC IS FOLLOWING MY PLAN
Here’s my current outlook on #BTC
THE PLAN:
1. Move toward the $83K–$85K zone
2. Consolidate within the $83K–$85K range
3. Altcoins start rallying
4. I expect a potential correction toward $72K ± (not guaranteed to happen)
5. $BTC reaches $100K+ in 2027
A few months ago, I wrote that altcoins would rally. Now we’re seeing gains ranging from at least 50% to 500%.
I warned about the correction, and many people laughed at me - just like they did when I was buying $ETH and $BTC longs.
A month ago, I said the Fed would raise interest rates. I opened longs during the rate hike while others were shorting the market.
I’m using the 2023 fractal, but sooner or later, it will stop working.
My altcoin longs are currently 2/3 open.
REMINDER: I warned about the BTC bull trap at $82K, the bounce from $62K, and a correction toward $74K when $BTC was trading at $80K - before any of it happened.

My local view on #BTC
My plan:
1. We stopped at Strong Resistance - $83K (DONE)
2. Scenario one - pullback to at least $75K liquidity, then a move toward $83K–$85K (LOAD).
3. Fear & Greed Index - 71
4. Open Interest - rising, which means more traders are buying the dip, so we could see further downside.
5. Head & Shoulders pattern, which could play out at least as a liquidity sweep around $75,538.
6. Long zone 1: $74K/$72K
7. Long zone 2: $72K/$69K
We got the correction from the Strong Resistance zone. The weekly 50 MA is also right there, so far everything is going according to plan.
The plan remains the same - I’m waiting for safer long setups on bitcoin:native.
Until Bitcoin breaks above $83K, the trend remains bearish.
The monthly structure is, of course, very bullish for BTC, as the monthly candle closed with an engulfing pattern covering the previous two monthly candles.
