BREAKING:
NPA SECURES RESTRAINT ORDER OVER R99 MILLION IN ASSETS LINKED TO ALLEGED EXTORTION SYNDICATE
A provisional restraint order over asets currently estimated at R99 million, linked to Joe Sibanyoni and others who are alleged to be involved in organised criminal activities, including extortion has been secured.
BREAKTHROUGH BY: The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), through its Asset Forfeiture Unit (AFU) in Mpumalanga, in collaboration with the NPA’s Organised Crime Unit and the South African Police Service (SAPS).
On 28 September 2026, the AFU obtained an uncapped provisional restraint order from the Mpumalanga Division of the High Court, Middelburg, in terms of section 26 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act 121 of 1998 (POCA).
The order emanates from ongoing investigations by SAPS into alleged criminal activities involving extortion and related offences linked to Sibanyoni and others.
The restrained assets comprise movable and immovable property currently estimated at R99 million. The restraint order was obtained on the basis that the assets constitute realisable property and represent benefits allegedly derived from criminal activities.
The assets include properties in exclusive golf estates in Centurion, as well as several houses and estate properties in Centurion and Pretoria. Luxury motor vehicles subject to the order include Ferraris, a Porsche, a Lexus, Mercedes-Benz vehicles and BMWs.
The defendants are also required to surrender various bank accounts and investments to the curator appointed by the court.
The restraint order advances one of the key objectives of POCA, namely to deprive persons of the proceeds and benefits of crime.
Organised crime, in its various forms, poses a serious threat to South Africa’s economy and communities. If left unchecked, extortion and related criminal activities undermine legitimate businesses, discourage investment and impede economic growth.

The same section 36 applies when government exploits the Bill of Rights.
You only acknowledge it when it’s time to threaten & silence citizens.
The Presidency & govt is exploiting it as waiver to allow illegal immigration & subsequent criminal acts of illegal foreigners.

BREAKING NEWS: The three Ethiopian nationals who are accused of the attempted murder that led to riots and torching of cars and businesses in the Durban CBD three weeks ago have been freed on R5000 bail by the Durban Magistrate’s Court.
The State wanted them to remain behind bars, saying they are flight risks, but the defence disagreed. The State said they won’t be safe outside, but the defence argued that all three accused literally live minutes away from three police stations in the Durban CBD and their safety is guaranteed.
The Magistrate remarked that the three are asylum seekers and as such, they enjoy the same constitutional rights as South Africans and freed them on bail with stringent conditions.
Furthermore, the State tried to point out discrepancies in their passports and asylum documents, raising issues of possible fraud and corruption.
However, the State’s argument was watered down by evidence that was given by an immigration official who told the court that their systems have glitches and sometimes it loses records, hence they don’t have some of the information required for the court to take an informed decision - KZN Tonight Podcast
Critical thinking & reasoning in live action🔥
Not the institutionalised reasoning our ‘intellectuals’ rely on, that blankets foreigners (illegal + legal) as some harmless victims & never at fault.
“South Africans have a right to protest." March and March leader Jacinta Ngobese-Zuma says instead of interdicting only the movement from protesting, the government should also interdict everyone, including foreign nationals accused of peddling drugs. She says the government is only shutting down one voice.

You are genuinely crazy old man nxxx
Replying to @PatNkosi4983
You must remember that all people carry their cultural weapons even during Marches here in RSA.
We have encouraged and tolerated the public carrying and use of cultural weapons.
In Ethiopia, carrying firearms has evolved into a deeply rooted cultural tradition where guns are viewed as symbols of heritage, honor, and community defense, rather than just tools of modern warfare.
Historically, Ethiopians carried traditional melee weapons like the shotel (a curved sword) and shields for combat, hunting, and ceremonies.
However, because Ethiopia successfully resisted European colonization—most famously defeating the Italian army at the Battle of Adwa in 1896—the country acquired vast numbers of European rifles early on.
Over the centuries, these firearms became integrated into the cultural fabric of many ethnic groups, such as the Amhara, Tigrayan, Afar, Somali, and various pastoralist communities in the Omo Valley.
Today, carrying a rifle or an AK-47 serves several cultural purposes:
Symbol of Status and Manhood: In many rural and pastoralist communities, owning and openly carrying a rifle is a rite of passage, representing a man’s capability to protect his family, livestock, and land.
Family Heirloom: Rifles are frequently treated as valuable property passed down from generation to generation, symbolizing a lineage of warriors and protectors.
Ceremonial Use: Firearms play a prominent role in traditional dances, weddings, funerals, and major religious celebrations, such as escorting the Tabot (holy replicas of the Ark of the Covenant) during Ethiopian Orthodox Church holidays.
Currency and Wealth: In specific traditions (like those of the Afar and Somali communities), rifles hold such high cultural value that they are sometimes used alongside camels as bride wealth (dowry).
While civilian firearm ownership is strictly limited in urban centers like Addis Ababa, it remains a visible and legal part of daily life and travel in many rural regions.
The man who murdered his wife & kids, entered SA illegally is eligible asylum seeker status if he wanted to apply.
Which likely occurs to the non-famous murder cases.
These are people who might be an investor, your colleague or employer next.
And citizens must keep quiet & accept this.

Two Home Affairs officials and a civilian have appeared in court over allegations that they helped about 10 Pakistani nationals obtain South African passports using the credentials of legitimate South African citizens.
Larrick Tirick Steward, 23, Kamohelo Gordon Sebatane, 45, and Thabiso Meshark Seutlwadi, 44, appeared briefly before the Bothaville Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday following their arrests between Monday and Tuesday.

This is what irks me with these folks. Home Affairs only has 1169 immigration officers, they don’t even have documents scanners, biometric tools to do the work. This is on top on non existent borders.
The DA/ANC/GNU doesn’t have any political will to deal with illegal immigration.
Jakes_plyth retweeted
The president is saying they won’t tolerate illegal activities but they are tolerating illegal immigrants who are doing all kinds of crime in this country. They are tolerating Zama Zama’s who are terrorising communities. Why don’t these journalists ask the right questions?
You must be so proud of your work.
Your illegal foreigners are threatening citizens with weapons & guns.
