BINANCE HACK. WHAT WE KNOW 🚨 Binance says it is "investigating a potential security issue." On chain, something just moved a lot of money. What is reported: An on-chain tally shows at least $5.57B left Binance hot wallets today. $3.51B on Ethereum. $1.44B in Bitcoin, about 18,270 BTC. $630M on Tron. For scale, the largest crypto hack on record was Bybit in February 2025 at about $1.5B. If this is confirmed, it is more than triple that. Early reports said $2.5B to $2.8B. The tally grew as analysts counted more wallets. Treat every number as provisional. How it reportedly happened: About 3 minutes before the main transfer, an address funded through Tornado Cash set up an EIP-7702 delegation on a Binance hot wallet. That feature lets a normal wallet run delegated code. How the attacker got the signature to do it is still unknown. At 20:24 UTC the first Ethereum transaction moved 167,464 ETH plus 63 token transfers, including 1.6B USDT. Then the freezes: Tether froze about $975M USDT. Circle froze $823M USDC, which CEO Jeremy Allaire said was done in coordination with law enforcement. About $1.8B frozen in total. Circle's freeze came about 40 minutes after the first transfer. What Binance and CZ said: Binance: "We have not confirmed any impact to user funds." CZ, who speaks as a shareholder and no longer manages the exchange: "It does look like a hack on Binance. User funds are safe!" That is not a formal guarantee from Binance. Watch for an official statement and for withdrawal status. Market reaction: BTC dipped below $79K. BNB fell about 7% to roughly $699. What this shows: Stablecoins can be frozen by their issuers within hours. Tether and Circle did it today. XRP cannot. There is no issuer to call. That leg left the wallets and no company can reverse it. It is the same question I ask on every audit. Who holds the keys, and who can undo what happens? Hot wallets on exchanges are the weak point. They exist to process withdrawals, so they stay online. I will update when Binance confirms or denies and when we know what happened to user funds. ISO Ledger 🛡

Israel Election Update With nearly all votes counted: Netanyahu's bloc: 53 seats Eisenkot's bloc: 48 seats Arab parties: 19 seats A government needs 61. Netanyahu's bloc won 64 in 2022. That is a drop of about 11. Likud is still the biggest party with around 27 seats, but it is down from 32. Turnout hit about 78%, the highest since 1999. Arab communities turned out at roughly 80%, and Arab parties went from about 10 seats to 19. Here is the problem. Neither bloc gets to 61 without those 19 seats. Both leaders have publicly ruled out partnering with Arab parties. Netanyahu called it "shameful." That leaves three paths: A unity deal across the blocs. Smaller parties switching sides. Another election. What happens now: Official results are due Nov 4. The president gives the mandate to whoever looks likeliest to build 61. That person gets 28 days, with up to 14 more. Netanyahu stays caretaker prime minister the whole time. Why this matters outside Israel. This is my read. A caretaker government with no majority has a hard time making big calls. Iran, Gaza and the Gulf don't pause while the coalition math gets sorted out. Whoever ends up governing inherits all of it, possibly with a thinner mandate than anyone planned for. For markets and the region, the story is uncertainty. The vote didn't settle anything. It reset the table. One more thing. Likud alleged interference in the Arab vote. Police said they have no investigative or intelligence evidence for it. Final seats can still move a little as the last ballots are counted. ISO Ledger 🛡

What's the difference between holding crypto and holding a crypto ETF? I got this question from a follower and it's a good one. Here is how I explain it. Think gold. You can own physical gold. It sits in your hand or your safe. Nobody stands between you and the metal. Or you can buy a gold ETF. You own a share in a fund. A custodian holds the metal. You never touch it and you can't take delivery. Both give you exposure to the price of gold. They are not the same thing. Same with crypto. There are ETFs for Bitcoin, Ether, XRP, Solana and more now. THE ETF You buy shares through a brokerage, the same account you use for stocks. The fund holds the coins with a custodian. You hold no keys. You can't send it anywhere or use it for anything. It trades during market hours only. It can fit in an IRA or 401(k) if your plan has a brokerage option. Your broker handles the tax reporting. You pay a yearly fund fee. Roughly 0.2% to over 1% depending on the fund. Staking rewards may not pass through to you. Check the fund. THE COIN You hold the keys in your own wallet. You can send it any time, day or night, to anyone. It is the asset itself, so it can be used on chain. There is no fund fee. You pay network fees when you move it. No fund or custodian stands between you and it. Nobody can recover it for you either. Lose the keys, lose the coins. Tracking your taxes is on you. A few things people get wrong. The ETF still needs KYC. A brokerage verifies who you are. A self custody wallet needs no signup. But if you buy on an exchange, that has KYC too. The difference is in how you hold it, not how you buy it. Holding the coin is not private. Transfers sit on a public ledger. The right word is permissionless, not anonymous. Not every crypto ETF holds the coin. Spot funds are built to hold the actual asset. Some funds hold futures contracts instead. Read what the fund actually owns. Neither one is better. They are different tools. ETF if you want price exposure, simple taxes and a retirement account. Coin if you want ownership and can handle the responsibility. Why this matters for where I think we are headed. If deeds, IDs, gold and everything else get tokenized, the question that matters is who holds the keys. A share in a fund that holds your asset is one more layer between you and it. The ETF gives you the price. The coin gives you the asset and the responsibility that comes with it. Thank you to Jamal Edwards (@JE00123) for the question. ISO Ledger 🛡

Thank you to all the new followers. I appreciate you. Please realize who I am at my core. I believe we are entering a new monetary system. My theory is that one large event flips the world onto it. That is what I invest in, for me and for my kids' future. I don't know what that future looks like or how we get there. I research. I look for patterns in the monetary systems of the past. If you followed me because we align on food preparation, that isn't what this channel is about. It is the only post out of 2,800 where I talked about it, and I most likely won't bring it up again. It is always good to be prepared. But that was never my reason for starting this channel. Here is what is coming. Soon I'll be breaking down layers, oracles, messaging and settlement. These are the basics of how blockchain works. And I believe EVERYTHING gets tokenized. House deeds Medical records Car notes ID Gold and silver Hotels There are too many to list. My goal is simple. Explain this new monetary system to people who know a little about BTC and nothing else. Click my name and read my bio. The ISO in ISO Ledger stands for International Organization for Standardization. If that interests you, welcome. If it's not for you, unfollow. No hard feelings. Godspeed 🙏 ISO Ledger 🛡

HERE WE GO! DTCC says its Tokenization Service is LIVEEEE!!! DTCC is the company under US stock settlement. About $114 trillion in custody. Here is what is confirmed: Tokens that mirror real securities DTC already holds. Same CUSIP. Same rights. DTC still keeps the official record. About $30 trillion of assets are eligible. That is the pool. It is not $30 trillion moving today. It starts small. Large US stocks, ETFs and Treasuries. Two networks at launch: Canton and DTCC's own private Besu chain. Stellar and Circle's Arc are listed for 2027. Legal footing is an SEC no-action letter from December 2025. Three years. Limited scope. So what does this tell us? Wall Street's plumbing is moving on chain. On schedule. With receipts. The same names that run settlement today are now building on blockchain rails. Canton. Stellar. Arc. Circle. More networks are planned. That is real adoption from the biggest settlement system in the US. Not a pilot slide deck. A live service. What I'm not saying: that every coin goes up because of this. Which chains and tokens capture the value is still open. What I am saying: the direction is clear, and it keeps getting harder to call this a fad. The new monetary system just got activated! 🛡

A lot of people think preparing for a blackout, a bank outage, or a supply break is fear mongering. Is it? Let me break it down to you like this. Say you own a house. You have a roommate. The roommate loses their job. A month goes by. Then 3. Then 7. You are still paying for everything. The electricity. The water. The sewer. The gas. The food. The cable. The phone. You work every day. They don't. So what is that person to you? At its core, that roommate is a leech. Not because they are a bad person. Because of what the math says. They take from the house. They put nothing back. Now flip the house around. Who owns it? Who pays the bills? The head of Anthropic, Dario Amodei, told Axios in May 2025 that AI could eliminate half of all entry level white collar jobs and push unemployment to 10 to 20 percent within 1 to 5 years. Per Reuters, Anthropic's own IPO prospectus warns its technology could pose "catastrophic or existential risks to humanity." Those are their words, not mine. Now think about what happens if AI does 95% of the work. Millions of people. Eating. Drinking. Heating homes. Using water and power. Producing nothing the system needs. Whose house is that? And from the owner's seat, what do you call a roommate who takes and gives nothing back? A roommate can find a new job. Learn a trade. Fix the problem. That only works when the economy still needs somebody to hire. Amodei's warning was about entry level jobs. The first rung of the ladder. The place where every young worker starts. Pull the first rung and the whole ladder changes. You can be willing. You can be skilled. You can show up every day. If the work no longer needs a person, there is nothing left to apply for. Here is where I want you to slow down. I'm not connecting these. I'm putting them next to each other. Ted Turner, the founder of CNN, said in 2008 on Charlie Rose, "We're too many people. That's why we have global warming." In 2010 he proposed a global one child policy and said it should be voluntary. In 2011 he said the target should be about 2 billion people. Prince Philip wrote in a 1986 foreword, "I must confess that I am tempted to ask for reincarnation as a particularly deadly virus, but that is perhaps going too far." The Georgia Guidestones, carved in granite in Georgia, read: "Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature." The man who paid for them used a fake name. To this day nobody knows who he spoke for. Some of that was a joke. Some was a thought experiment. Some was mystery. I'm guessing you know of others who have spoke about de-population. I checked each one. No quote I found says anyone plans to do anything. But look at how they all describe us. As a load. As a strain on the planet. As a number that is too high. A weight on the house. Stack that mindset on top of cheap, tireless machines and tell me the incentives don't change. Right now we are valuable because we work. Our labor is what the whole system runs on. What happens to that argument when the work stops needing us? I don't know. Nobody does. They talk about universal basic income. Maybe they mean it. Maybe it comes. But a check does not make you needed. And a person who is not needed is the one who gets the leech label, whether anyone says it out loud or not. This is my opinion, not a prediction. I hope I'm wrong. But I'm not willing to bet my family on hope. That is why I prepare. Not because I think it's coming. Because I can't rule it out, and prepping costs a few buckets of rice. Not preparing costs you and your family everything. If that makes me a fear monger, fine. I would rather be wrong and ready than right and empty handed. Will the 1% view us as leeches to the system? The resources? Their world? 2 Timothy 3:12: "Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted." ISO Ledger 🛡

90 DAYS WITHOUT POWER, RANKED You are not leaving. The roof is fine. The grid is just gone. No power, no water pressure, no store deliveries, for 90 days. In each category we will go from most important to least important. The categories are ranked too. The roof is covered, so water comes first, then food, then everything that keeps those two usable. 90 days is what you should be prepared for. Most official lists say 3 to 14 days. Those are minimums, not plans. WATER Without it you have days. One gallon per person per day. 90 days is 90 gallons per person. A family of 4 needs 360. Water filter (a gravity filter is the best buy) Food grade barrels or water bricks Unscented bleach to treat stored water Your water heater tank holds 40 to 50 gallons. Know how to drain it. Rain collection (check local rules) FOOD Rice and beans are the backbone. If you cannot afford freeze dried meals, load up on rice and beans. Rice has about 1,650 calories per pound. Dry beans about 1,570. 2,000 calories a day for 90 days is about 110 pounds per person, or four 5 gallon buckets. Cooking oil, salt, sugar, spices Peanut butter Canned meat and vegetables Powdered milk Multivitamins Freeze dried meals if you can afford them Eat the fridge first, then the freezer, then the pantry. COOKING AND FUEL Food you cannot cook is just weight. Camp stove plus fuel for 90 days Extra propane or butane Lighters and matches One pot with a lid Never run a stove or heater indoors without ventilation. HEAT Cold is the quiet killer. Wood stove or a safe indoor rated heater Fuel for it Wool blankets and sleeping bags rated below your coldest night Pick one room, close it off, and live in it Carbon monoxide detector with batteries. Not optional. SANITATION This is what ends up killing people in long outages. 5 gallon bucket with a toilet seat lid Heavy trash bags Kitty litter or sawdust Bleach Soap and hand sanitizer Toilet paper, a lot of it MEDICAL Prescriptions. Ask your doctor about a longer supply. First aid kit Pain and stomach relief Any glasses or contacts, plus a spare pair A printed first aid manual LIGHT AND POWER Headlamps and lanterns Batteries, rotated Solar panel with a power bank A generator is a bonus, not a plan. Fuel goes bad and it is loud. INFORMATION, CASH AND NEIGHBORS Cards stop working when the power does. Battery or crank radio Cash in small bills, silver and gold if you have it Paper copies of IDs and contacts Know your neighbors. Trade skills, not just supplies. MORALE Books, cards, games, something for the kids. Boring beats hungry. Bored beats panicked. THE FIRST 72 HOURS Fill the bathtub and every container you own before the water stops. Fridge and freezer stay shut. A full freezer holds about 48 hours. Charge everything while you still can. Cook and eat what will spoil first. Obviously we could add security and it is important but depending on where you are, what your aloud to have/own I'm not going into great detail on that. What I can say is have a plan, talk it over with your family, everyone has a job. Don't be afraid to talk to your neighbors you know as well to make sure they are doing their part if you plan on working together. Feel free to add anything I may have missed. Anything you may think would be of added value for others to read and share. Book mark this, come back to it, create a check list. To be clear, I am not a survivalist. This is not survival advice. This is only my setup that I am following with my family. If nothing else maybe just a reminder. ISO Ledger 🛡

Ripple receives final OCC approval for its national trust bank. Yesterday the OCC gave Ripple National Trust Bank its final approval. I'm sharing it because I keep seeing it posted as "full US regulatory approval," and the real version is more interesting. THE TIMELINE December 2025: conditional approval. October 26, 2026: final approval. About ten months to finish the chartering process. WHAT IT CAN DO Manage the segregated reserves backing RLUSD. Act as collateral trustee for RLUSD holders. Provide fiduciary digital asset custody. Per Ripple's own release, it begins operations after approval. It is not open yet. WHAT IT IS NOT It is not an RLUSD issuer. Standard Custody & Trust Company, the NYDFS regulated entity, keeps issuing it. It is not a deposit bank. Per the OCC, most national trust banks do not take deposits or make loans, and most do not carry FDIC insurance. I found no mention of a Fed master account in the release or the coverage. WHY IT STILL MATTERS A federal supervisor now oversees the reserves behind a stablecoin and the custody of the assets. For banks and institutions deciding who to trust, that counts. THE CATCH This is an RLUSD and custody story. None of the coverage I read ties it to XRP demand directly. Real infrastructure and token demand are two separate questions. We have seen this with GTreasury and DTCC too. So it is a real receipt. It is just not the receipt the headline is selling if you come across it. ISO Ledger 🛡

Question.... If Anthropic claims AI will cause a "catastrophic or existential risks to humanity" yet IPO's are for the general public,... If everyone is dead, why would they IPO in the first place? Who will be here to buy them? 🤔

THE TIMELINE JUST GOT SHORTER Pentagon documents describe a new requirement. Every major military base in the continental United States must be able to run for at least 90 days on its own. Power. Water. Fuel. Communications. No outside help. That comes from documents reviewed by Fox News Digital, and the program has a name: FORTRESS America. 90 days. Now picture day one of that for everyone who does not live on a base. 3 a.m. The refrigerator goes quiet. The router light is dead. Your phone is at 40 percent and the bars are gone. The base keeps its lights on. You do not. Some of you called my last post fear mongering. That was a scenario about a bank freezing you out. This one is not my scenario. It's the Pentagon's. The result is the same either way. If the power is out, the app will not load, the card will not tap and the ATM will not pay. Money you cannot reach is money you do not have. THE RECEIPTS On September 30 Secretary Hegseth announced FORTRESS: Federal Operations for Resilience, Troop Resources, Energy, Supply and Survivability. His line: every major installation will generate its own power, independent of the civilian grid. The plan reportedly includes portable reactors, large batteries and microgrids that can cut off from the grid. A program office is being set up. Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell: "Power is combat now." He called reliance on civilian infrastructure an "intolerable risk" and said the next conflict will likely hit multiple fronts and break global supply chains. THE WAR IN THE BACKGROUND The US and Israel began striking Iran on February 28. In March CENTCOM planned for at least 100 days. The president had said four to five weeks. By August 28 it had passed six months, the ceasefire had collapsed, and Hormuz, which carried about 20 percent of the world's oil and gas before the war, was still disrupted. Plans get outrun. THE GAP Bases: 90 days. Civilians: the UK, EU and Finland say 72 hours. Sweden and Norway say a week. Ireland is mailing booklets to 2.2 million homes. The UK's own survey found only 13 percent of households say they are largely or fully prepared. Governments say three days. The Pentagon plans for ninety. Nobody has told civilians to prepare for ninety. OUR OWN GOVERNMENT HASEN'T TOLD US SHIT. LET THAT SINK IN. WHAT FAILS FIRST April 28, 2025. Spain and Portugal lose power. About 50 million people. ATMs and card terminals go dark and shops go cash only. Full recovery takes about 16 hours. The US grid is straining under data center demand. NERC issued a rare Level 3 alert on those loads in May. Texas in 2021: millions without power for days and more than 200 deaths. THE FAIR COUNTERPOINT The Pentagon calls FORTRESS an insurance policy, not a prediction. Militaries plan for worst cases. Nothing says the grid goes down this week. But when the people running the most powerful military on earth stop trusting the civilian grid for 90 days, I pay attention. THE WARNING Look at the pattern. A bank freeze. A grid failure. A cyberattack. A war that outran its plan. Different doors, same room. Payments, water, groceries and communication all sit on electricity and a handful of systems never designed to fail together. The Pentagon is building for the day they do. Governments are mailing booklets. Nobody is telling you to panic. They are signaling to be ready. I do not know the date and I could be wrong. But when the people responsible for national defense decide they cannot count on the grid for ninety days, the rest of us should not assume it will always be there. Prepare while the shelves are full and the lights are on. I am working on the bug out kit and preparedness post and should have it tomorrow for anyone interested. ISO Ledger 🛡

THE WEEK AHEAD: WHAT CRYPTO NEEDS FROM EACH DAY Over 500 companies worth $2 billion or more report earnings. Three central banks decide. The UK Budget lands. DTCC is due to launch. Here is the week by day, and what bulls need to see. MONDAY OCT 26 $69 billion 2 year Treasury auction, 1pm ET. Bulls want: solid demand and no ugly tail. Weak demand means higher yields, and higher yields hurt crypto. TUESDAY OCT 27 Fed meeting day one. Expect a quiet tape. 10am ET: September New Home Sales. Last print was 684,000, up 6.4%. Bulls want: steady sales with no spike. A hot print strengthens the December hike case, and a collapse feeds recession fears. WEDNESDAY OCT 28 This is the big day. UK Budget. The 30 year gilt has been sitting above 6%. Bulls want: a credible plan that calms gilts. A borrowing surprise can spill into Treasuries. 2pm ET: Fed decision, then the Warsh press conference. The Fed hiked in September, its first hike since 2023, to 3.75% to 4%. CME FedWatch shows about 9% odds of a hike now and about 84% for December. Bulls want: a hold with no firm December promise. Bears: a surprise hike, or a locked in December. After the close: Microsoft and Alphabet earnings. Bulls want: strong cloud growth and AI spending that still pays. Crypto has been trading with tech lately. THURSDAY OCT 29 The heaviest day. ECB decision, 2:15pm Frankfurt time. Bulls want: no hawkish surprise. Central banks restarting hikes is a liquidity squeeze. 8:30am ET: Q3 GDP and September PCE. The Atlanta Fed tracker shows about 3.5% growth. Forecasts have core PCE at 3.1% year over year, up from 3.0%. Bulls want: solid growth with core PCE at or below forecast. A hot core print locks in December. After the close: Amazon and Intel earnings. Bulls want: AWS strength and proof AI demand is still there. FRIDAY OCT 30 Bank of Japan decision. It hiked to 1.25% in September, the highest since 1995, on a 7 to 2 vote. Bulls want: a hold. A surprise hike risks a yen carry unwind, which is what hit crypto in August 2024. Also Friday: Q3 Employment Cost Index, Chicago PMI, and monthly crypto options expiry. Bulls want: wage growth that does not reignite inflation fears. DTCC Its tokenization service has been in limited production since July 15. The full launch is slated for October. I found no confirmed go live date, so watch for it this week. Bulls want: big names, real volume and the chains named at launch. Reports say Canton and a private Besu network at launch, with Stellar in 2027. THE WEEK AFTER Nov 3: US midterms. Nov 5: Bank of England. MY SCORECARD I want three things: a Fed hold with no hawkish surprise, core PCE no hotter than forecast, and a BOJ hold. If two of those three fail, I stay defensive. 🛡
