James O’Keefe on the Felony Charges for Exposing Fraud in Minnesota:
This is not political. It is fundamental. It is about whether citizens still have the right to question their government. This is now a landmark First Amendment case, and every American’s right to speak truth to power has been put on the line.
Weaponized lawfare does not work against me. It has always backfired on the people who come after me. Most people find criminal charges and lawsuits stressful; the process becomes a form of punishment. But I love this process because it gives me the opportunity to expose injustice at the highest levels. My foundation will be indemnifying members of the Justice League, including @camhigby for their lawful reporting.
I’m calling on all Americans, and especially all journalists, to stand united on a message to the prosecutors in Minnesota: the politics of fear will not prevail in the United States of America.

Few have been subjected to the amount of lawfare James has. Much of his life has been devoted to fighting back against baseless criminal charges and vexatious litigation.
I met up with him just a few days ago. He’s been incredibly supportive of my new book. Thank you for what you do, James—and for fighting on behalf of so many.
Minnesota charging James O’Keefe and Cam Higby with felonies for a video
talking about how easy it is to vouch for random voters without an ID, while simultaneously fighting to keep dead people on the state database, is peak clown world.
Apparently, in MN, undercover journalism is a bigger crime than actually fixing the voter rolls. 😂🤡

James O'Keefe and Cam Higby felony charges in Hennepin County, Minnesota: cases 27-CR-26-28438 (O'Keefe) and 27-CR-26-28437 (Higby), under Minn. Stat. 609.527 (identity theft) and Minn. Stat. 204C.14 (unlawful voting), over their Minneapolis "election fraud" videos.
The Hennepin County Attorney's Office charged O'Keefe and Higby with felony identity theft and unlawful voting by misrepresenting identity at Minneapolis polling places during Minnesota's Aug. 11 primary.
The charges: O'Keefe and Higby face the same two felony counts, identity theft under 609.527 and unlawful voting under 204C.14. Each count carries up to 5 years and/or a $10,000 fine. Each man is also charged with aiding and abetting the other.
What the complaints say: The Hennepin County complaints cover four Minneapolis precincts. Higby allegedly gave election judges the names of two real registered voters, and O'Keefe gave the names of two others. The complaints describe "costumes" and "face coverings."
What didn't happen: Neither O'Keefe nor Higby actually voted or signed the voter oath. Prosecutors' argument is that giving a registered voter's name to an election judge counts as applying for a ballot under someone else's identity.
Status: Both were charged by summons, so neither is in custody, and there is no bail. No defense lawyer is listed yet. MPR reports a first appearance on Nov. 16. No other outlet has confirmed that date.
Sources: Hennepin County Attorney's Office press release and the O'Keefe and Higby complaints posted by Courthouse News.

Actual illegal who committed voter fraud got 33 months. They want to give O’Keefe a Decade for exposing voter fraud
The elements of the law are not even met to even bring a charge, as there was no evidence of intent in “applying for a ballot” formally in accordance with Subd.2. (see below). They should lose their law licenses.,
Minn. Stat. § 204C.14 (Unlawful Voting; Penalty);in relevant part:
Subdivision 1. Violations; penalty.
No individual shall intentionally:
(a) misrepresent the individual’s identity in applying for a ballot, depositing a ballot in a ballot box or attempting to vote by means of a voting machine or electronic voting system;
A violation of this section is a felony.
Subd. 2. Signature on roster as evidence of intent.
For purposes of proving a violation of this section, the signature of an individual on a polling place roster or voter signature certificate is prima facie evidence of the intent of the individual to vote at that election.

Not many people will catch it but he is 1,000% correct on how the @TheDemocrats work. "The process IS the punishment" they know the truth and they don't care for the truth, they just want to destroy you mentally and financially.
@grok fact check him because he like to lie and mislead for a living. Fact check this post against Minnesota Statute §204C.14(a) and today’s felony charges against James O’Keefe and Cam Higby. Does impersonating registered voters while applying for ballots violate the law even if no votes were cast? Did poll workers flag the activity? Is calling this “lawfare” supported by evidence?

Mary is so fucked, she needs to be behind bars.
That lady is a joke. Minnesota you can do much better.
My problem is I can’t trust Minnesota to handle federal elections in their state which affects every American and the country we want.
If they are knowledgeable are the election fraud and cover it up or do nothing, aren’t they committing felony level crimes!
