British State and policy wonks navel gazing about how to trim the benefits bill. How about we stop subsidising the benefit dependent to visit their criminal loved ones in prison? ‘£40.00 a day to hire a car and food and drink is claimable’. This is utter insanity.

I often wonder how many people are aware of Russians actions? They've been playing the great game since the 1800s and aren't going to stop anytime soon. The UK needs rock solid relationships with strategic partners across the globe to fight back. Isolating Israel is a mistake.

Just walked from Manchester train station to an event about 5 minutes away. The amount of homeless people, beggars, drunks and those openly smoking weed was an eye opener. At least I've experienced what the rest of the UK will be like in 3 years!

Under Labour we now have a two-tier planning system. Over the May bank holiday weekend, travellers moved into Willows Green in my constituency, deliberately timed so council offices were closed and no action could be taken. Unauthorised encampments like this rose by 21% in Labour’s first year. Labour’s response? Stop collecting the figures. The Conservatives have a five point plan to end this. One planning system. One set of rules. Applied equally to everyone.
