Keep your kids playing multiple sports for as long as possible. Don't listen to club coaches pushing them to specialize. They'll become more well-rounded athletes and people (and far less prone to injury/burnout) if they don't.
If you're good enough, colleges will find you.
Dear young athletes- keep this photo saved to your phone and show the next person who says you have to focus on one sport in HS.
The amount of kids I’ve heard say “I can’t risk getting hurt” or “my coach won’t let me” drives me crazy.
You get one shot to be a HS athlete.

Please consider contributing to the first annual John Farias Memorial Scholarship, deadline Friday 5/23. A very deserving recipient has been chosen and will be going into the trades as an electrician! Thank you for any donations or even just sharing!

Tonight, the Medical Staff of the Buffalo Bills received the Pat Tillman Award. Emergency Action Plans, recognizing when to act, and trained personnel make all the difference. Athletic trainers are doing heroic things every day! Make health and safety a priority for all sport

@NATA1950 the VNATA site was shut down early, it’s not accessible right now, though it was supposed to be until 11:59 CST tonight, correct? I know I’m not the only one trying to finish some today! Please help!
@NATA1950 Why stop access at all to those who have paid? With the way this year has been for all of us, maybe it should be extended at least until the end of the year, especially since this year is not a reporting period!
