Judge David Carter is nothing but a “speed bump” on the road to cleaning up the fraudulent election system in California. He thinks he’s a “roadblock,” but he’s not smart enough to realize that he just placed his own ruling on a “tee” for the Ninth Circuit to strike down. His argument for “disenfranchisement” for “allowing” illegals to vote in federal elections, goes directly against federal law. Illegals don’t have Constitutional rights. He seems to have missed that Supreme Court ruling. But he has also ignored the fact that the Supreme Court ruled that it is unconstitutional to use “race” for redistricting and they removed the democrats use of the Voting Rights Act to FORCE institutional “racism” into our election system. Illegals in this country are every kind of “race” imaginable. Being in the country illegally, has NOTHING to do with “race” and EVERYTHING to do with breaking laws entering this country and voting in federal elections. We are a country of laws and we follow the Constitution. This judge will be removed in the near future.

Did anybody have Trump “leveraging” the New York Times to drop two big bombs on the democrat party, right before the election, as the “October Surprise” on their BINGO CARDS? Friday is ALWAYS a big news day, especially right before a big election. Any guesses as to what “evidence” will be revealed against the democrats tomorrow, that will dominate the media narrative through the weekend? CNN is panicked. This is their last ditch effort to “oppress” the coming RED Wave on Tuesday by putting out their FAKE POLLS showing the democrats “blue wave.” But it’s much more than just an “oppression poll.” The early voting numbers are already proving that the democrat party lacks “enthusiasm” everywhere and their low intensity voters aren’t showing up to give them the big lead going into election day that they are accustomed to seeing. These FAKE POLLS by CNN, are designed to “lead” the narrative all weekend on the political shows and desperately try to get the democrat low-intensity voters to show up on election day, so that the democrats don’t suffer a bloodbath.
