🎉 Congratulations to Alisha on successfully completing her apprenticeship!
Since joining Philtronics in September 2024, Alisha has gained valuable hands-on experience across our shop floor and clean room while working towards her qualifications. We're delighted that she has now achieved her Level 3 Advanced Engineering qualification and completed her NVQs.
Alisha's success is a testament to her hard work and dedication, the quality of apprenticeship opportunities available through Philtronics, and the fantastic support provided by our partners @Aspire_SAP, @TydfilTraining , and @ColegMerthyr. We're especially proud to see another talented woman building a successful career in engineering and manufacturing. Having secured a permanent role with us, Alisha is a great example of what can be achieved through apprenticeships and will no doubt inspire future apprentices and the next generation of girls considering STEM careers.
Well done, Alisha. We look forward to seeing you continue to flourish in the years ahead. 👏 #Apprenticeships #EngineeringCareers #WomenInSTEM #Manufacturing #STEM #TeamPhiltronics

Big thank you to Kayleigh & Calum today for attending Y Coleg Merthyr Tudful / The College Merthyr Tydfil STEM event on our behalf.
Lots of interest in our VR interactive experience and apprenticeship opportunities!
It was good to have both @Aspire_SAP & @UniSouthWales Network75 representatives nearby to discuss the available pathways.

We lost 3 days out of a 10 day holiday because @TUIUKb put a family with autistic child in a hotel only suitable for adults (drugs, partying and more)!! @TUIUK not even charged by hotel for the 3 days but still won’t compensate us for losing our 3days. Disgraceful service
ALT Nice view too after no sleep for 2 nights
Anyone else notice that since 5g been introduced phone network coverage has been utter SHITE !! @ThreeUK get back on 3G or 4G ffs. No coverage anywhere anymore!! 5G for what?? All networks the same . . . 🤯
Just had our first night in Ibiza with @TUIUK . Hotel guests on drugs and ‘noises’ from the rooms around us !! Nice view of barbed wire from room and generally really not suitable for children (TUI said this was a child friendly hotel). Honestly disgusting
@TUIUK how you can even advertise this hotel on your app is beyond me?? Then say it’s ok for families?? I want a refund asap so we can move hotels. Will be taking this further!!!!!!
@TUIUK won’t move us and refusing to take responsibility after telling us this place was suitable for our child who has ALN!! Will be taking this further. . This is the worst hotel weve ever stayed in, and simply unsuitable for children and families
