💊 How quickly did practice change after ARIES-HM3?
Aspirin use after HM3 fell from 90% in 2023 to 53% in 2025, yet persisted most in patients with vascular disease. Aspirin avoidance showed no excess thromboembolic risk. 💜 #HFSASimPub

How long do doctors let patients speak before interrupting?
1984: 18 seconds.
1999: 23 seconds.
2019: 11 seconds.
Patients allowed to finish needed 32.
The interruption saves nothing and costs almost everything.
Invite, listen for 60 seconds, summarize.

🔎 Could wtATTR-CA be recognized years earlier?
In 182 patients, extracardiac manifestations🩻 were nearly universal. CTS, spinal stenosis & trigger finger were common, with related surgeries occurring 7–10 years before cardiac diagnosis. #HFSASimPub
