It's not just about qubit count. It's about what you can accomplish with them. @IBM Quantum engineers Andrew Wack and Holger Haas discuss IBM Nighthawk R2 and why speed is emerging as a critical benchmark alongside scale and quality in quantum computing: youtube.com/watch?v=IjmEHOZo…

Thanks for the clarification, P.D. I primarily meant resistance training. For example, I always walk around and do arm circles and CARS before doing pull-ups to failure. I just couldn’t imagine not doing that.

As I've followed your advice (as a freeloader on X), I've come to see just how accurate it really was/is. The final holdout in my mind is the idea of not warming up before intense exercise. Other than taking time, what is the logic behind that?

Do you recommend reaching a given heart rate by the end of a sprint?

Awesome, and hopefully it will have a live voice mode so that I can have a workout coach in my ear as I'm reporting reps.

Assuming you're not joking, "Hand in my Pocket." Your line: "I may come across confident but I am not. I’m a pretty timid and shy individual." reminded me of Alanis' line: "I'm brave, but I'm chickensh**" Love that song by your fellow Canadian. And now I've got an earworm 😀
