Guy from Palau who smugly calls Micronesians "Federated Statesian" because "we are Micronesian too o algo"
In Spanish is Estadounidense
In French is États-unien
In Portuguese is estadunidense
In Italian is Statunitense
In Catalan is estatunidenc
In Galician is estadounidense
In English, meanwhile, is "american"
What a fucking narcisists
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Misleading. French "États-Unien" exists but "is much less widespread than "'American'".

Similarly "Americano" far more common than "Statunitense" in Italian.

We at American Dad! have so much gratitude and love for Patrick Stewart. He said how happy he was to do American Dad! because he was so rarely asked to do comedy, which is insane, as his ability to get the laugh was uncanny. Thank you, Sir, for sharing your joyful spirit, inspiring voice, and willingness to be ridiculous. You turned Avery Bullock, Deputy Director of the CIA, into someone the world loved and couldn't get enough of. We will miss you.

When Sir Patrick Stewart was cast as Jean-Luc Picard in 1987, his Royal Shakespeare Company peers warned him that doing American sci-fi television would ruin his classical theater career.
He proceeded to spend the next 40 years bringing Shakespearean gravitas to spaceship bridges and mutant academies, single-handedly forcing Hollywood to take pop culture cinema seriously
RIP Sir Patrick Stewart 🕊️

Today, Venezuela’s interim president Delcy Rodríguez announced in a televised address that she has ordered security forces to halt arbitrary detentions made without court orders, with exceptions for flagrant crimes. She has also ordered a national review of criminal justice reform, including a referendum inquiry, with the aim of moving toward a more transparent and impartial system.
Furthermore, Rodríguez reiterated in the same address that elections will be held, though she did not announce a date. She outlined plans for electoral reform, including a renewed National Electoral Council (CNE) accepted by all political sides, alongside guarantees for political participation.

A 2016 Obama-era investigation found some evidence that Rep. Ilhan Omar married a man suspected of being her brother to help him get a green card, current and former officials tell the NYT. The case stalled largely because prosecutors concluded the alleged felony fell outside the statute of limitations. The Trump administration is now investigating the marriage as part of a broader probe of her family’s immigration history.
