Great weekend. Friends, time with Natasha, serving our community with our Leadership students, and playing in the Arizona rain with my granddaughter! Don’t get so busy building a life that you forget to enjoy the life you’re building.

A new week. Another opportunity to make a difference. The greatest impact we have in sports isn’t always measured in wins, losses, or scholarships It’s measured in the people we help become better along the way. Develop the Athlete. Build the Person. #FallonSports #Leadership

It’s easy to be too busy. Easy to assume someone else will step up. But our young people and communities need more than good intentions. Show up. Listen. Encourage. Believe in someone. You may never know the difference you made. What’s the good word? #FallonSports

A busy two weeks for OUAZ Leadership! Oct 17: G.A.I.N. Night + T.E.A.M. 4 Kids Oct 26: OUAZ Trunk-or-Treat Oct 31: Texas Roadhouse Trunk-or-Treat Plus academics, workshops, training & baseball. Leadership isn’t just taught. It’s practiced. #OUAZLeadership

I’ve spent at least one night in all 50 states (yes, North Dakota too! 😂). I’ve always loved the journey more than the destination. The scenery is incredible, but it’s the people and their stories that make this country special. God is good. Enjoy the journey. 🇺🇸🙏

You don’t need a title to lead or recognition to make a difference. Show up. Listen. Encourage. Help someone today. You never know how much your small act of kindness might mean to someone else. Be the good. #WhatsTheGoodWord

Too often we focus on what’s standing in our way instead of what’s possible. Opportunities don’t always come with a clear path. Know what you want, stay committed, and keep moving forward. And never stand in the way of someone else’s pursuit. #FallonSports

Twelve hours from Arizona to Colorado gave me lots of time to admire the Rockies… and wonder when “slower traffic keep right” became optional. 😂🏔️ If everyone’s passing you on the right, maybe it’s time to move over.

Another great Emerging Professionals session at SPARK Surprise! “True Colors” helped our students explore their strengths and how to work with people who think differently. Preparing for careers—and the people we’ll work alongside. MORE THAN A CLASS. @LeadOUAZ #OUAZLead

Some of the experiences that prepared me most were the ones I never would have chosen. I’m still learning from them—and asking the Holy Spirit to guide how I respond, lead and serve. Trust God. Do the work in front of me. Keep growing. 🙏

A team’s culture shows up after a mistake. Do teammates point fingers, go quiet, or help each other reset? This week, practice being the teammate who says, “Here’s what we need to do next.” Develop • Lead • Impact #FallonSportsGroup #Leadership

Opening a door for someone is great. But leadership goes further. Teach them how to prepare. Communicate. Follow up. Handle adversity. Build relationships Because eventually you won’t be standing beside them Prepare them to walk through the next door without you #FallonSports

Full-time jobs. Families. Long workdays. Our Little League coaches still showed up for us. Coach Joe DelSodato taught me that caring about players and holding high standards belong together. A story from my book. Thanks to Tom Desaulniers for sharing this photo.

Our OUAZ Leadership students will be helping wherever needed at the Spark Surprise Grand Opening! Oct. 1 | 10 a.m.–1 p.m. Ribbon cutting: 12:30 p.m. Come celebrate and support local businesses! Lead yourself. Lead others. Leave it better. #OUAZLead #SparkSurprise

A reminder for me this morning: start the day with God, then pay attention to the people in front of you. I can get so focused on what’s next that I miss a chance to listen or encourage someone right now. 🙏

Your name will come up in rooms you’re not in. A coach calls. A scout asks. An employer checks. “What kind of person are they?” Talent may get your name into the conversation. Character often determines what gets said next. Build a reputation worth having. #FallonSports
