Deontae Faison was at the park when a cop approached him screaming with his weapon drawn, simply over an expired tag.
Scared, Deontae ran, but ended up being tased near the edge of the water, once in the water the cop continued to tase
Deontae while he screamed for help. 30 minutes passed and he wasn't pulled from the water until he was unconscious.
