Minnesota just showed you who it really prosecutes.
Not the repeat offenders Mary Moriarty keeps cutting loose.
The two JOURNALISTS who caught the state's voting system with its pants down.
James O'Keefe and Cam Higby are staring down felony charges, "identity theft" and "unlawful voting," for showing how little it takes to get vouched in at a Minneapolis precinct.
Here's the problem: they never voted. Not one ballot. Nobody even asked for real ID. Moriarty admits she doesn't think they "intend[ed] to vote."
So what's the crime?
Embarrassing her.
Meanwhile, DOJ has charged 10 noncitizens with voting in Minnesota elections. And in 2024, a sheriff sent over a felony case on "multi-county voter irregularities" and the DA PASSED.
Commit the fraud, walk.
Expose the fraud, get charged.
How is that justice, Minnesota?
