I don't know why AI sloppers get so upset when we call it slop. It's not like we're insulting their work.

É por isso que não há viajantes do tempo. Para que a viagem no tempo como conhecemos na ficção desse certo, seria necessário se teleportar para a exata coordenada do universo que o planeta estava ou estará. Muitos viajantes devem ter morrido sem considerar isso.
We were taught that Earth orbits the Sun in a closed circle. In reality, Earth has never returned to the same point in space once in 4.5 billion years. Right now, the Sun is carrying Earth and every planet around the center of the Milky Way at 230 km/s (828,000 km/h), more than 18,000 kilometers every 80 seconds. Because the Solar System is tilted 60.2° to the galactic plane and bobs up and down through the galactic disc roughly every 30 million years, the planets trace open 3D corkscrew helices across deep space rather than flat loops. The last time the Sun stood where it stands today, one Galactic Year (230 million years) ago, the very first dinosaurs were only beginning to appear on Earth. Since forming 4.6 billion years ago, our Sun has completed only 20 laps.

Life can be tough, for sure, but you can't say you've "lived through" 9/11, a recession, and a pandemic as if it's comparable to living through World War One, the Spanish Flu and the Wall Street crash.
Millennials realizing they’ve lived through 2 economic recessions, 9/11, a global pandemic, 8 stock market crashes, their jobs being replaced by AI, and probably WW3 before hitting 43

On Johnny Cash and his favourite books. 'His home library was expansive, and he proudly claimed to have read every book in it - some more than once ... One of the most touching moments came when Cash was asked about 'The Grapes of Wrath.' His reply: 'Know that book? I was that book.''

I read somewhere and can’t remember who wrote it (not Debord) but they were right when they said that "the spectacle is always rewarded over sincerity".

One day when I was still very young, I asked my father about his parents. I knew my maternal grandparents intimately, but I wanted to know why I had never met his parents. “Because they died,” he said wistfully. “Will you ever see them again?” I asked. He considered his answer carefully. Finally, he said that there was nothing he would like more in the world than to see his mother and father again, but that he had no reason — and no evidence — to support the idea of an afterlife, so he couldn’t give in to the temptation. “Why?” Then he told me, very tenderly, that it can be dangerous to believe things just because you want them to be true. You can get tricked if you don’t question yourself and others, especially people in a position of authority. He told me that anything that’s truly real can stand up to scrutiny. — Sasha Sagan; Lessons of Immortality and Mortality From My Father Carl Sagan
