"Home care" has quickly become the *most common job in blue states*. This video shows why: Because people are billing Medicaid $80k+ a year for work that they aren't actually doing. Watch this refugee pull into a driveway for 2 minutes each day to trick the GPS anti-fraud system:

Troy Polamalu says while he was labeled a first round bust as a rookie, what helped him turn the corner was a Steelers veteran he was drafted to replace teaching him everything he knew, even though helping him succeed would eventually cost him his own job “My rookie year was a challenge. I couldn’t make a play of any significance. I recall reading the newspaper early in the season labeling me a first-round bust. I vowed not to read any sports columns, hoping it would somehow change. Then Mr. Dan Rooney approached me and said, ‘Don’t pay attention to what they’re saying about you. I think you’re doing fine.’ I said, ‘Mr. Rooney, they’re still talking bad about me!?’” “Mike Logan, the starting safety my rookie year, shared his full knowledge of the game wholeheartedly, showing a level of humility that helped shape my career. Like many other teammates, his selflessness paved a greater opportunity for others at his own expense.” “It’s unnatural in the most competitive environment to train your replacement, yet this is our culture, Steeler culture. These virtues I learned while playing for the Steelers are what make the legacy of the Black and Gold timeless. They’re passed down from the Steel Curtain to anyone who valiantly wears the Black and Gold.” “It creates a brotherhood deeper than money, business, and winning. To be a Steeler is to consider others before you consider yourself. You protect your brother, even from himself, and give support at your own expense. And when wearing the black and gold suit of armor make sure nobody desecrates it, disrespects it, and most importantly we ourselves don’t dishonor it. The only approval any Steeler should seek is to earn the approval from previous legends who have dawned the black and gold. And if you’ve really earned their respect, they’ll say, you could have played with us.”
Mike Logan says Troy Polamalu was drafted to take his job but ended up saving his life just because of how good of a person he is “Troy Polamalu is one of the greatest human beings I’ve ever met in my life. Every space he walks into, he makes it better, and he leaves it better. Troy Polamalu came in to take my position. He was drafted to take my position.” “I got hurt in the ’03 playoff game, and they were like, ‘We’ve got to upgrade this position.’ Bill Cowher told me that. He said, ‘We moved up to draft a safety in the first round. What are you going to do, bro?’ I went to training camp coming off another knee injury. I injured my other knee. Posterior reconstruction, hamstring reattachment, meniscus tear, LCL. Man, I came back and was balling.” “Watching Troy, I was like, ‘This dude, it’s coming. I might vote for him to play.’ After training camp, though, I ended up winning the starting job. Troy was just trying to get the concept. He was moving too fast. He had to slow down and learn the game. And we developed a great rapport.” “I remember at training camp, they were talking about getting his contract done. He didn’t even want to hold out, but his agent was telling him to hold out. He came to training camp up in Latrobe, and they lost his bag. He came and knocked on my door and said, ‘Man, I don’t have anything.’ I was like, ‘Bro, whatever you want, you got it. You can have it, whatever.’ From that moment, it was just like, this dude is different. He walked into my dorm and made it better. When he left, he made it better. He was so gracious for me offering anything to him.” “Then I started watching him. He was watching me, but I was watching him. This dude used to go during our breaks and just walk through the paths up at St. Vincent. He’s a real spiritual man. He was praying, and he would be walking. I just observed him. Meanwhile, he was observing me on the field, and we developed a great rapport.” “I’ve never seen an individual take pride in everything that he does. Everything. The way he speaks to people, the way he greets people, the way he talks to his wife, the way he talks to his children, the way he talks to coaches, the way he talks to staff. I’ve never seen someone treat people the way he treats people.” “Man, seeing how Troy dealt with adversity. When he first came, he was struggling and trying to find his way. Culturally, he was a little different. I used to sit and watch Troy meditate and eat dried fruit in the middle of our DB room.” “Like I told y’all, I was dealing with some turbulence in my life at that time. It was falling apart, and money couldn’t save it. Football couldn’t save it. It was a dark time for me. Dark. I was like, ‘If I’m not happy being the most successful I’ve ever been, then what’s going to happen after this? What’s going to happen when it gets darker for me?’ I knew the writing was on the wall because Troy was there. I’m thinking, ‘This is going to be his position. I’m going to be out of the league. What am I going to do?’” “Just having conversations with this dude, man. Sitting down and eating lunch with him, observing how he was and how he connected with his spirit. I used to watch him walking through the paths and trails. And guess who started walking those paths and trails afterward?” “I was ashamed of it, though. I didn’t want anybody to see me. But I’m walking through them. I got so much serenity walking those paths. I saw how he was able to deal with those things. When I got into those dark times, I reflected on Troy. I found different paths to walk, and I just mimicked him. He never knew that. He never knew that until I put it out there.” “Troy gave me a shout-out in his Hall of Fame speech. ‘Mike Logan, the starting safety my rookie year, shared his full knowledge of the game, wholeheartedly showing a level of humility that helped shape my career. Like many other teammates, his selflessness paved the greater opportunity for others at his own expense. It is unnatural in the most competitive environment to train your replacement. Yet this is our culture. Steeler culture.’” “That’s big, bro. That moment is his. He didn’t have to talk about anybody. He could have talked about everything he wanted to do, what he did to get him to that podium. This dude called me out by name.” “When me and my kids went up to Canton, Ohio, they’re playing this speech. ‘Did he say Logan? Did he say Logan?’ He didn’t have to do that, man. Like I said, that dude makes every space he walks into better, and he leaves it better than he found it.” “It made me intentional about speaking out and calling people out who’ve helped me along the way. Sometimes we take for granted the small things. But how good that made me feel, in probably the most significant moment of his NFL career, to say what somebody did for him. He said Mike Logan shared his full wealth of knowledge with me. I didn’t even know I was doing that. And for him to remember it on that grand of a stage, to me, is the ultimate homage being paid to someone.” “That dude is different, but I wish everybody was like him. If we had a world full of people who had his personality and carried themselves the way he does, what a beautiful thing, man. I got better after he said my name in the Hall of Fame speech. I got better after that.”

ICYMI: The recent @USOCC report on politicized debanking told countless stories of mainstream Americans cut off from their own finances without warning or explanation. As Steve Curtis, who leads a thriving Christian ministry, writes at @ChristianPost, these decisions created real-life victims. They also left Steve and others wondering why. The OCC report finally gives them an answer. It also points the way forward for state and federal officials to protect against future instances of discriminatory debanking. Read more in Steve's words here. 👇 christianpost.com/voices/ban…

A recent Buckley Institute survey reveals nearly half of American college students (45 percent) believe that physical violence can be justified to stop “hate speech.” But that is rarely, if ever, defined beyond "speech I hate." @LathanWatts americanthinker.com/blog/202…

MASSIVE day in the fight to end debanking. As I tell @MorningWire, the @USOCC has exposed Big Banks’ discriminatory practices on a broad scale. For years, Christian ministries and conservative groups lost their bank accounts under circumstances that appeared viewpoint discriminatory, and were left in the dark about why. ADF client Indigenous Advance Ministries, which serves widows and orphans in Uganda, was one of them. Then the story turned. @realDonaldTrump called out Bank of America’s CEO on the Davos stage, then signed an executive order directing federal regulators to confront politicized debanking. Thank you, Mr. President. The OCC report, built on 420,000 pages of bank documents, confirms what we’ve said all along: politicized debanking is real. Thanks to Comptroller Gould (@USComptroller) for this excellent work. Tennessee, South Carolina, and Idaho have shown what protections against debanking look like at the state level. Every other state should follow suit, and Congress should act so no American is debanked for their religious or political views.
A new federal report levels major accusations of political and religious de-banking against America’s top banks. We speak with @Jeremy_Tedesco of @ADFLegal. Get the facts first with Morning Wire.

New @USOCC report out today shows big banks discriminated against Christian and other customers—often guided by cancel culture’s #1 scammers, the criminally indicted Southern Poverty Law Center.
Under the leadership of @POTUS and @SecScottBessent, @USComptroller Jonathan V. Gould is ending the weaponization of finance. Read about the OCC’s supervisory review of debanking activities in its nine largest national banks and its efforts to guarantee fair banking for all Americans. occ.gov/FairBanking

The cowardice of adults has forced young girls to lead the way back to reality and common sense. It shouldn’t have fallen to them. But I couldn’t be prouder of their courage. We’ll keep fighting until we win back women’s sports everywhere.
BREAKING: Nearly half of the girls cross-country team in Camas, Washington, just forfeited their race. They refused to compete against a boy. This is bravery. Vote YES on I-638 to stand with them. Video: @KnownHeretic

NEW: EU politicians are pushing for the censorship of pro-life ideas online. ⬇️ In recent years, ADF has warned about the EU effort to control and censor the internet—not just in Europe, but around the world. Now we’re getting a glimpse of what a Brussels-controlled internet would look like. Recently, more than 65 members of the European Parliament officially questioned the European Commission about chatbots—such as ChatGPT, Grok, and Claude—that don’t consistently parrot pro-abortion talking points. Rather than exclusively citing government or pro-abortion sources, these MEPs complained, some chatbots are directing users to pro-life content. Framing this as a threat to “the health, safety and fundamental rights of people in Europe,” these MEPs invoked the Digital Services Act, asking: “what steps has [the Commission] taken to investigate and address this issue?” If there were ever any doubt that the EU’s censorship efforts are aimed at narrative control—not mere “online safety”—those doubts should now be put to rest. Pro-life views have every right to compete in the online marketplace of ideas. And free speech advocates everywhere must push back against EU censorship if they want that marketplace to remain open and free.

FedEx prohibits the shipment of Kinder Surprise Eggs, along with a host of other items. But one item not on FedEx's prohibited items list — abortion pills. That's the absurd double standard @FedEx's board just defended this week when it rejected a shareholder resolution authored by ADF — reported by @leif_lemahieu at @realDailyWire. FedEx already prohibits items it deems too risky, including a candy toy. But an abortion drug that's illegal in more than 20 states, hurts women, and ends countless lives isn't on the "prohibited items" list. If FedEx can prohibit a toy for child safety, why can't it prohibit the drug responsible for taking the lives of babies? @AGToddRokita said it best: "It is indefensible that these companies do not have similar restrictions on the dangerous abortion drug mifepristone." Shipping mifepristone is illegal under Federal law — and FedEx knows it. This isn't just FedEx's problem. @UPS is facing the same reckoning, thanks to a parallel push from @Inspireadvisor. Grateful to have stood with @IWPCapital and @FWdiocese to bring this resolution to a vote. We're not backing down — count on ADF to keep the pressure on every common carrier that's willing to look the other way. dailywire.com/news/fedex-won…

Today, I’ll have the privilege of arguing before an en banc panel of the 9th Circuit. @ADFLegal is representing a Christian homeless ministry in Washington state. We’re challenging the State’s unprecedented attempt to determine who is religiously qualified to serve at a church or ministry— coercion that threatens to drive religious groups out of public life. Our job is to make sure that doesn’t happen. I value your prayers. ⬇️

Great result:
Chester County schools didn’t just have a secret social transition policy. They had a database to keep track of which parents to deceive. Along with @IndependenceLaw, @ADFLegal sent a letter warning the district that they were violating the Constitution. They’ve now rescinded the policy. One district down . . . many more to go. Stay vigilant, moms and dads.

Excellent news in the battle against global censorship. This week, @TheJusticeDept announced its intervention in @X and @elonmusk’s case against a massive EU fine — the first case challenging a Digital Services Act (DSA) enforcement action to reach the EU’s General Court. X was the first major target of the DSA. From the moment Elon bought X to restore it as an engine for free speech, Brussels bureaucrats have wanted to punish him for it. Free speech threatens the narrative control they need to enforce their policies across borders. DOJ frames this as jurisdictional overreach, which it surely is. But in the context of the DSA, that overreach exists to enforce censorship. That’s the design of the DSA: bully American tech companies into silencing speech that EU politicians and bureaucrats disagree with. @ADFLegal attorneys from the US and Europe are proud to support X’s legal team in challenging this destructive decision. Now the US government is jumping into the fight to support X. This is a watershed moment. Either foreign bureaucrats dictate what Americans can say and see online, or we defend American sovereignty and the First Amendment. ADF will keep fighting for free speech and American sovereignty. justice.gov/opa/pr/united-st…
