Just called a pest control company and got their prices: $129/month for Gold, $89/month for Silver, and $59/month for Bronze (package level was how often they sprayed)
Asked them what chemical they used cause I had kids and pets. While on the call, I looked up the exact chemical and ordered a years supply of it for like $100.
Told them I'd have to think about it and hung up.
I'll spray it myself and save hundreds.
Is that unethical? Or just plain smart?

How useless is Congress?
Well, so far, this Congress has passed 108 laws.
Wow, you might say...thats alot!
No. No its absolutely not.
In 1948, President Truman publicly labeled that Congress as the "Do Nothing Congress" because they did nothing (go figure) and they passed.....wait for it....906 laws were passed by the "Do Nothing Congress"
Our current Congress is almost 8 times as useless as the infamous "Do Nothing Congress" and yet they are all paid $174,000/year.
Why do we sit by and let this happen?
