Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro has just dropped a massive bombshell, making explosive allegations about what he describes as William Ruto’s massive corporate capture and greed.
Ndindi Nyoro alleges that Ruto has interests in nearly every major business and company in Kenya. Nyoro claims the President owns Bamburi Cement, Portland Cement and several tile companies. He further alleges that Ruto has bought two TV stations and newspapers through proxies to control what Kenyans see and hear.
Nyoro reveals that Ruto has already taken and spent seven years’ worth of future Road Maintenance Levy funds upfront through “securitization.” Furthermore Nyoro reveals that Ruto has allegedly already taken and spent 15 years worth of future stadium construction funds upfront! Nyoro warns that Ruto is destroying everything and creating such a difficult financial situation before leaving office next year that the next president will struggle to manage the country.
Nyoro further exposes that Ruto allegedly called the NSSF, PSSF and PCF retirement bodies seven months ago, commanding them to invest the retirement money of ordinary Kenyans into Kenya Pipeline Company shares. The shares were valued at KSh 9, and Ruto allegedly manipulated the sale to a private entity linked to Dangote and him at KSh 9.02. Nyoro reports that, in the last five days alone, a joint venture between Ruto and Aliko Dangote allegedly made a massive KSh 16 billion in profit from these deals!
Nyoro message to Ruto: “I want to tell you, Ruto, punguza ulafi! Ruto, hata ukimwambia nchi inachomeka, it won’t bother him. All he cares about is where he benefits. Ukiguza mahali pesa yake iko, he gets concerned. Ruto, you must stop na mambo ya biashara! You are the President of Kenya. Huwezi kuwa unatetea interests za Wakenya ukienda kwa meza ya Kenyan investment, and at the same time, you have a personal interest. Stop being greedy!”
My problem is that President William Ruto stood before Kenyans, preached about the importance of fighting conflicts of interest and separating public office from private business, and even signed the Conflict of Interest Act into law on July 30, 2025! The law is meant to prevent public officials from using their positions for personal gain, favouring businesses in which they have interests, or allowing private interests to influence public decisions.
Wakenya, look at the reality on the ground! William Ruto does the exact opposite of what he preaches! How can a president preach one thing to Kenyans, sign it into law, and then be accused of doing the exact opposite? Isn’t that breaking the very law he signed and disrespecting the Constitution?
When you add this bombshell to the other revelations Gachagua has shared with Kenyans, you are left shocked and in disbelief! For the first time in Kenyan history, we have a sitting President who, in my view, completely disrespects the law and the Constitution, running the state like a personal kiosk! Are you shocked by these revelations?
Allans Ademba: Content creators, when you are telling us that the government is building stadiums, also tell us that it's abducting its citizens.
Give us room to make a choice; don't make the choice for us.

1 Peter 2:9 (KJV)
"But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light."
I told you that William Ruto and his fellow crooks are doing business with your taxes.
" I lost so many friends when I signed the conflict of interests Bill." Nonsense.
A quick search on the company given the tender to supply Police Uniforms.
The name is Nalitex.
A CR12 search on E- citizen says the company belongs to Selpha Chesimi.
But there's a telephone number the company is registered to.
If you put the number in your MPesa or Airtel Money, it brings the name Charles Alusala.
Who is Charles Alusala? Daily nation says Charles Alusala is William Ruto's long serving accountant and also the name behind NTSA tender.
Its never about solving your problems. Its always about doing business with your taxes.
My advice to President William Ruto is simple: do not seek another term.
Listen to the voice of the people. Accept their verdict. Prepare the country for a peaceful transition.
If the current public mood is any indication, Kenyans are ready for a different direction. Sometimes the greatest act of leadership is not holding on to power, but knowing when to step aside with dignity.
The people have spoken. Leadership must listen.
President Ruto must understand that what worked in 2022 will not work in 2027. Attacking Uhuru and the so called dynasties may have stirred emotions and won him votes then, but his latest outbursts about Uhuru funding the opposition and other cock and bull stories will not wash with Kenyans today.
Ruto entered office claiming he was fighting dynasties, yet the people around him now display shocking levels of wealth, including some who could barely afford a cup of tea before they entered government. They have become the very dynasties they once condemned.
Let nobody mistake this for a defence of the Kenyatta family. Their vast wealth, the tax exemptions involving corrupt bank NCBA and using stolen Eurobond money to build Northlands city must still be put through public scrutiny.
But Uhuru is no longer the president. Ruto must tell Kenyans what he has done with the office they gave him. Uhuru, Uhuru, Uhuru will not save him this time.

Mimi personally, there's nothing I'll ever find appealing, enticing or mesmerising about that family. Not their houses, not their cars, not their matatus, not their events, not their clothes or 'friendship.' An evil, murderous family can do nothing me. Nada.
