在华为工作了12年的李洪元，离职后和公司谈妥了30多万元补偿，到账后却被华为举报涉嫌敲诈勒索，遭羁押251天。
所幸李洪元把和HR谈离职补偿的两个多小时录音完整保存了下来，最终，检方因犯罪事实不清、证据不足决定不起诉，李洪元随后获得10万余元国家赔偿。
