🌻But moving KPA (others) from a statutory authority (the KPA Act) into a company needs a lawful basis. They faked it through Government Owned Enterprises Act, a wholly UNCONSTITUTIONAL legislation but sustained through corruption. Too hot even for Judiciary
🌻The irony: CS Mbadi holds KPA shares in trust for the public. With Parliament being an extension of State House, those shares can land into private hands overnight
🌻BTW of the 3, it’s only “Company secretary” Lawrence Kibet's - an accountant and lawyer who calls shots at Treasury. Hiyo ingine ni ofisi kubwa tu na PR!

Geoffrey Mwangi says the same individuals who took over the Social Health Authority (SHA) tried to remove them from office at NHIF.
Mwangi says their position has now been vindicated, arguing that NHIF did not have fundamental problems as claimed. He maintained that the institution only needed structural changes rather than a complete overhaul
