For more than two decades, Odisha has been an important part of Jindal Steel’s story.
What has grown here goes beyond scale. It is a relationship shaped by people, capability, learning, and a shared confidence in what we can create together over time.
At the Business Odisha Awards 2026, our Hon’ble Chairman, Mr Naveen Jindal, spoke about the state’s industrial future and the opportunity to create more value within Odisha.
Our heartfelt thanks to Ms Jagi Mangat Panda, Ms Litisha Mangat Panda, and Odisha TV Network for bringing together meaningful conversations around Odisha’s enterprise, ambition, and the possibilities ahead.
For us, that future feels close to home. We have grown with Odisha, and there is much more still to build together.

"Building the Next Industrial Odisha", my conversation at the Business Odisha Awards 2026 in New Delhi today.
We first went to Angul in 2003, because a steel plant should sit beside at least one of its raw materials. Then came years that tested us badly, and for a long time it was difficult. We stayed.
We stayed because Odisha's strength was never only what is under the ground. It is the people, the work ethic and a real culture of skilling.
Odisha's next chapter is not more mineral export. It is value created inside the state.
A privilege to share the platform with Hon'ble Union Minister Shri @PiyushGoyal ji, Shri @PandaJay ji and Hon'ble Minister of State Shri @PmargheritaBJP ji.
My thanks to Ms Jagi Mangat Panda and Ms Litisha Mangat Panda for the conversation, and to the whole @OdishatvNetwork.
Recognition feels meaningful when it honours the effort behind the achievement.

When we think of recycling, we usually think of materials.
But energy can be recovered & reused too.
This edition of Steel, Seriously? explores how steelmaking gases can be captured, reused and put back to work, helping create more value from resources already within the system.
Swipe to discover how steelmaking gas becomes a valuable resource instead of going to waste.

The future of steel will be shaped by the ideas we share and the partnerships we build across borders.
It was a pleasure to welcome two international delegations to the Jindal Centre, New Delhi.
Our discussions with the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) covered technology, economic cooperation, raw materials and the low-carbon transition, along with some of the common challenges facing the global steel industry. With the Great North Mission UK delegation, we spoke about sustainable growth, industry collaboration, innovation, skills and opportunities for businesses in the UK and India to work more closely together.
Both conversations brought useful perspectives and gave us plenty to take forward.
