Progress in football — and in any career — starts with accountability.
Excuses might be easy in the short term, but they rarely lead to improvement.
As Pep Guardiola points out, growth comes from taking responsibility, learning from mistakes, and constantly looking for ways to move forward.
In the football industry, the people who progress are the ones who stay curious, keep improving, and focus on solutions rather than excuses.
