This guy literally explained why some people become successful… while others stay average.
And the reason is uncomfortable.
It’s not just hard work.
It’s not luck.
It’s Game Theory.
Once you understand this, you’ll start seeing the “game” behind success differently.
Watch this. 👀

I recently spoke to a young lady who complained of not getting a job since she graduated. I told her that there are jobs it’s just that you’re not employable.
What makes you employable is not even your certificate it’s the skill you have that helps the organization you work with optimize cost of operation, get result faster and foster growth.
Anything short of that, YOU ARE NOT EMPLOYABLE.
If you’re studying finance in the university, also look to learn Financial modeling that can be tailored towards active portfolio management hence providing impact investments.
It’s competitive out there and it’s even getting more competitive by the day.
If you’re in a university, polytechnic, or any higher institution, make sure you learn a valuable skill before you graduate
Learn skills like financial trading (Forex, crypto, or stocks), video editing, PR, digital marketing, brand marketing, or any other skill that can make you valuable in the real world.
Outside school is tough. There are limited job opportunities in Nigeria, and another day, I’ll remind you many of your friends and family members earn as little as ₦80k a month in places like Abuja and Lagos just to survive.

📚 Started 100 Level with a 4.68 GPA.
📚 Recorded six consecutive 5.00 GPAs out of eight semesters.
📚 Graduated with a 4.92/5.00 CGPA.
Now I'm building at the intersection of Full-Stack Development, Data Science/Data Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence, while currently exploring scholarship opportunities for graduate research in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Software Systems, and I'm excited about collaborations and fully funded postgraduate opportunities where I can continue building impactful solutions.
This is just the beginning.
Here's to continuous learning, meaningful impact, and becoming better than yesterday.

Seven months ago, one of the biggest moment of my life happened. I was awarded as the Overall Best Graduating Student of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria at the 45th convocation ceremony, graduating with a CGPA of 4.92/5.00.
I have been reflecting on the journey so far.
So today, let me reintroduce myself.
I am Ayodele Joseph Babalola, an indigene of Ekiti State, Nigeria, a First Class graduate of Computer Science from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Overall Best Graduating Student (2024/2025 session), a Full-Stack Software Developer, and a Data Science/Data Engineering & AI enthusiast.
By God's grace, that journey came with a few milestones I'm deeply grateful for:
🏆 Overall Best Graduating Student — Ahmadu Bello University.
🏆 Faculty Best Graduating Student — Faculty of Physical Science.
🏆 Departmental Best Graduating Student — Computer Science.
🎖️ Recipient of the Sunbeth Excellence Partnership Program (SEPP) Award for academic distinction.
But beyond the awards and CGPA, the journey taught me something even more valuable: discipline beats motivation, consistency compounds, and purpose gives direction.
I entered ABU with the goal of graduating with a First Class. I never imagined I would finish as the university's overall best graduating student. Six years, a COVID lockdown, ASUU strikes, difficult semesters, moments of doubts, and countless late nights later, God turned what started as a simple goal into a testimony.
Yet, God had a different ending.

I don't know how much more clear I need to make it.
I've made MILLIONS of dollars trading a 35% win rate.
The turtle traders under Richard Dennis made MILLIONS with a 35-40% win rate.
I get it wrong MORE OFTEN than I get it right.
I don't know if this is new to you, but everyone's opinion has the probability of being wrong, EVEN MINE.
The people who tout "this guy doesn't know what he's doing, follow me instead" are misguiding you into believing you're always going to make money on every single trade.
Or that somehow they've figured something out that I haven't after 15+ years of doing this.
This game is about how much you lose when you're wrong.. and how much you win when you're right.
That's it.
Attaching my full Apex account statement.
I had a 35-38% win rate for 3 straight months... and made $3,000,000 doing it.
Stop trying to chase perfect.
Instead, chase profitability.

You see this Trading Journey, there is a process and you must walk that process, it might be faster for some and slower for others but you will definitely walk through that process...
You will fail, you will blow accounts, instead of avoiding it, Fail fast, fail forward, Walk the process and learn from the experience and with the right information, You just might not fail too much like others..

Don’t be distracted by the views of others but focus on what engages and inspires you.
The most exhilarating experiences are generated in the mind, triggered by information that challenges our thinking.
If you’re already excited by a subject that no one else is, all that should matter to you is that you are interested.
Revolutionary thinkers who create totally new ideas are driven by their interests, not whether or not others are interested too.
